Kenyan dairy company, Brookside has apologized to a customer who was sold packets of milk that appears to be diluted with water.
This comes after a video shared by a Twitter user @blakaende2 went viral on social media.
In the video, the customer is seen opening packets of Brookside milk and pouring out the contents, which looks like milky water.
“But why Brookside? Why?” @blakaende2 captioned the video.

In a statement following the sharing of the video, the dairy company owned by the Kenyatta family apologized to the customer and promised to investigate the matter.
“We deeply apologize for this experience and we would like to investigate how this happened. Kindly DM us where you bought the carton of Dairy Best, the date of purchase, your location and contact details (i.e your name, phone number & email address)," Brookside said.
Several other online users have also come out to reveal that they had similar experiences in the past.

RIGGING gone Bonkers.
Apology is not enough here. This is a wilful and malicious conduct for monetary gains. Also, this is not the first time they have done it- It's the time they've been caught. Brookside Dairy must be sued and slammed with a huge puntive damage plus cost as an example to others that rip customers off.
Dang, mane eat man society.
The guys need to show us the receipts too of the place he bought it so we the kenyans can know which place it was bought.I prefer pure evidence juu nowadays pple can even pack yr stuff then show it the same to sabotage ur bizness.Am not doubting it but more evidence by the guys who bot it is what we need to see.Receipts, receipts of where u bot it n the exact date.
Anything is possible in Kenya.
Truth or fake news or even someone planning to sabotage the business.
Sad times
Could be anything including sabotage

Hii ni wale wachina waliletwa na Uhunye. Hao ndio wanaelewa mambo ya counterfeit. Ai! Hiyo maziwa inakaa kama mkojo wa paka! Ngatho!!!
I can imagine the shock on consumers. You've just bought a mandazi and packet of Brookside milk and sit in park ready to enjoy your lunch. But when you open the milk packet, you find it has not milt but contaminated WATER!
Was it sabotage?
Show us the serial numbers or the batch numbers. Brookside need to recall all the milk that has that batch number or packed during that period.
