Embakasi East MP Babu Owino Admitted to Hospital
Embakasi East Member of Parliament Paul Ongili, popularly known as Babu Owino, is admitted to a Nairobi hospital.
In a post on his official Facebook account on Sunday morning, the vocal first-time MP shared a photo of himself lying in a CT scan machine and said he was unwell.
“May God heal me because I must lead this nation someday, ” Owino captioned the photo.
MP Babu did not disclose what is ailing him or the facility he is admitted to but reports indicate he has been unwell in the past one week.
He has been conspicuously absent in recent political rallies organized by Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) ahead of the November 7th Kibra parliamentary by-election.
