Former Citizen TV news anchor Hussein Mohamed has been appointed State House Spokesperson to replace Kanze Dena, who has held the position since July 2018.

President Ruto also appointed former Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Felix Koskei as the new Chief of Staff and Head of Public Service, former Turkana governor Josphat Nanok as the Deputy Chief of Staff, and economist David Ndii as the Chairperson, President's Council of Economic Advisors.
Other appointments include Dr. Augustine Cheruiyot (Senior Advisor & Head of Economic Transformation Secretariat), Dr. Kamau Thugge (Senior Advisor and Head of Fiscal Affairs & Budget Policy), Mohammed Hassan (Member, President's Council of Economic Advisors), Dr. Nancy Laibuni (Associate Member, President's Council of Economic Advisors), Katoo Ole Metito (Statehouse Comptroller), and David Mugonyi (Head of the Presidential Communication Service).
