Enough is Enough: President Ruto Warns Raila Against Holding Unlawful Protests

President Ruto has warned Azimio la Umoja One Kenya coalition leader Raila Odinga against holding unlawful protests.

Insisting that Kenya is a country governed by the rule of law and no one was above the law, Ruto said protests resulting in the destruction of lives and property as well as disruption of business will not be tolerated.

The president vowed not to allow Odinga and the opposition to "blackmail" the country and urged him to liaise with police in the planned demonstrations.

"We must tell my good friend Raila Odinga. You cannot. Enough is enough. You cannot continue to blackmail the country,” said Ruto.

“We have no problem with you organizing demonstrations but please it is your responsibility to work with the police to make sure that the rest of the citizens of Kenya... their lives are not disrupted, their property is not destroyed and businesses are not affected. They can go to work and you can carry on with your demonstrations.”

Ruto, who spoke on Wednesday at State House, Nairobi, where he hosted leaders from Trans Nzoia County, said Kenyans have the right to protest but must do so peacefully and within the law.

“Odinga has been holding bloody and chaotic demonstrations for the last 50 years; he needs to assure Kenyans that this will be different. This is why we’ve told Raila Odinga to sit down with police and explain to them how the demonstrations will be peaceful,” said President Ruto.

"Tunamwambia bwana Raila please, tupatie kaheshima kidogo. Hata sisi ni wakenya. Wewe sio Mkenya peke yako."

Samoei:

We do have a memory. Don't underestimate the people of Kenya. You were out campaigning for 5 years uninterrupted contrary to the advise from your boss who asked you to stop loitering around aimlessly.

I neither supported you or your friend Raila for the presidency of Kenya. You squandered the people's money campaigning and working on your doctorate instead of working hard for the job that you were elected to do.

Raila has every right to campaign daily as you did when yo were the vice president of Kenya. Have you become a disciple of POEMS? (POEMS - Practitioner Of Endless Multiple Standards)

In 2017 Former USA Ambassador to Kenya warned Raila against stoking Violence through proteses as Unconstitutional Measures to Sieze Power. International Criminal Court should work on this line and collect new evidence against Raila and Martha Karua, Failure to which President Ruto will Declare a State of Emergency and Suspend the Constitution and impose Martial Law

Let Ruto suspend the constitution and then declare martial law so we can reach out and touch him Mundu Ku Mundu! 8 million strong men will earth scotch everything with fire and the swear in Raila! Yesss, we do have answers to everything the desperate Ruto will attempt to do! Did Kadaffi not suspend the constitution, and declared martial law which saw him dead in the Culvert by the road side??? That s the position 3/4 of Kenyans are right now. Bring it on…..

Toa amri tarakilishi zote zilizohusika na kuhesabu kura zifunguliwe mara moja. Tunakujua kuliko unavyofikiria.

JAMANI TUMECHOKA!

How much is “enough is enough” for a guy who is the most corrupt in the whole world?? It was never “energy” when Ruto was stealing poor people’s money and sending to foreign Banks. Give us a break Ruto!

Are there people who are still following this mad man, Raila and his madness?
Raila is responsible for alot of evils and violence in our country. He has always had a cover- in the name of democracy.
Let us keep watching this space as the blood of those who have died in his name come calling. His legacy is about to be written in blood.
That is Raila's blue print. Raila was here for war not for peace. Peace time is slowly but surely taking space and those about war like Raila are becoming very uncomfortable.
