Gachagua Declares That UDA Will Rule Kenya for 100 Years

United Democratic Alliance(UDA) has today met county coordinators from the 47 counties in a bid to popularize the political party in the coming months.

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua attended the meeting that saw the political outfit announce their plan to register 15 million members ahead of the 2027 Presidential election. Secretary General Cleophas Malala highlighted that next week the party will open county offices and engage in a massive recruitment drive. Mr Malala stated that they'll be targeting to recruit millions of members from opposition leader Raila Odinga's backyard. He added that they want to make the ruling party a national outfit.

"This is the ruling party and we want to make it more popular so that it gets a national face," he said.

Former Migori governor Okoth Obado officially joined the political alignment during the event. Malala reported that most of their new members are coming from Siaya, Mombasa and Homabay. Gachagua commented on their popularization drive saying that they are plotting uprages that will see the faction rule for 100 years.

"We are going to build a massive machine called UDA that will rule this country for 100 years so let no one lie to you about it," said DP Gachagua.

The DP conveyed that they are ready to welcome opposition leaders wishing to embrace their party. He disputed Raila-led claims that the ruling party is out to destroy smaller parties, saying that leaders from other outfits join UDA willfully.

This man forgot that there was KANU which was baba na mama. We all know what happened. For Gachagua to brag about UDA a party which barely three years old is total ignorance.

Huyu Mzee Gachagua siyo fit! UDA’s Ruto might not even finish this lap based on the way things are going. Does Gachagua expect to live another 100 years? Ok!

Huyu mtu anajindanganya yeye mwenyewe! There will be a revolution in Kenya if Gachagua ever became president. He is too divisive to lead more than 2 men.

Rigathi:

Mark my words: you have slightly over four years left, in office, and your UDA will join the trash can political parties into the dustbin of history.

There is usually very bad endings for people who make that particular statement. Hitler proclaimed the third Reich wound last a thousand years. It didn't.

Gachagua is saying those words with a hidden meaning. He is giving the opposition people some work to keep them peacefully busy. Same thing when he said that Kenya Government is like a company where people invested and got shares. That kept them busy and helped dilute the protests. Either way, if UDA brings good changes for the voters to enjoy, then 100 years is just symbolic. Meant forever.
