David Ndii Explains Why MPs are Turning Their Backs on Ruto

President William Ruto's economic advisor, David Ndii, revealed on Friday the reasons behind the growing frustration among Members of Parliament (MPs) elected under the Kenya Kwanza alliance towards the Head of State.
Ndii, who presides over the President's Economic Advisory Committee, reveals that Members of Parliament are irritated because the government has not awarded them contracts. Currently, a lot of UDA party members are openly criticizing the decisions and policies implemented by the President. Ndii explains that President William Ruto's clean hands approach is making it tough for politicians to bend the rules and secure contracts for themselves, and that's why there is so much hostility towards him.
Ndii states that a set of bewildered MPs from the tenderpreneur era thought that the success of Kenya Kwanza would immediately revert them to a past where they could get projects with ease from ministries and parastatal contracts. Ndii's response comes shortly after Kapenguria MP Chumel Moroto, who was elected under the UDA ticket, expressed regret for voting for Ruto. Moroto voiced his frustration over the President's failure to fulfil his promises, such as addressing the issue of insecurity in the North Rift region.
Ruto received backlash on November 15 for not delivering on his campaign pledges. The MP highlighted Ruto's insufficient attempts to alleviate the cost of living and accused him of neglecting the concerns of the electorate. Moreover, various members of the Kenya Kwanza alliance, including MPs and MCAs have since voiced their discontentment with the government's choice to escalate fuel prices and impose higher taxes.

The West doesn't respect anyone, just use and wound. They don't even respect their own esp if popular, wapi Kennedy, Magufuli, Lumumba, Gaddafi, Martin Luther King? Mobutu 40 years of sleeping with American administration and pure poverty to show for it.

Kenya is at a turning point where citizens are realizing that anything they want for themselves, their families, their region and their country men will have to come from themselves. They will have to come together as communities and solve their own problems.
The government is supposed to provide to the citizens only what they cannot provide for themselves.
There should be minimal interference by the government in what the citizens choose to do for themselves, their families and their region.
Good governance calls for non interferance.

I am actually believing Ndii. Politicians in Africa do not promote public value while in office, they promote personal values and make lots of noise when they're denied access to the gravy train. Has anyone discovered how much sense they make when voted out?

Dee - lies cannot go on for ever no matter how much you try to reinvent them! Ruto, you and others have a really bad habit of telling lies to Kenyans as you tend to do underestimate their thinking capacity! Kenyans are very tired if Ruto’s lies and they want to see change taking place.

What Ndii is trying to divert attention of the public towards nonsense politic as usual but the real underneath agenda is swiped under the carpet. Which is none but the devil of economic hardship to the common wanainchi. The truth of the matters, is that the politicians wants some piece of the cake of the unaccountable loans out to the few individual. So the best way is to put indirect pressure on Ruto so he can share the wealthy of the sovereign of Kenya. Basically, the current strain of the economy is as a results of over excessive loans which are not in the eyes of the common wanaichi. What I'm saying is man eats society money and the only to recover is more taxes.

They will go down with the man they once worshipped. They are co-conspirators and will suffer the rage of the populace. Let them go to Ruto for handouts. Their bid is their stomach, and their messiah is Ruto. To hell with them. Judas shines more than they will ever be.
