Raila: Jubilee's Majority in Parliament Artificial

Opposition Chief Raila Odinga has dismissed President Uhuru's Jubilee Party majority in both the National Assembly and the Senate, saying that Jubilee rigged in gubernatorial, senatorial, parliamentary and MCA levels in addition to the Presidency.

Speaking in a press briefing at the Okoa Kenya offices in Lavington, the former Prime Minister further accused the Electoral Commission (IEBC) of defying court orders and refused to grant NASA Read-Only Access to its servers.

He said that the servers could have proven clearly who won the August 8th election.

“This rot was not only on the presidential elections but the whole contested seats. The so-called Jubilee majority in parliament is artificial. If IEBC could obey the court orders and allow full access to election servers, we could not be repeating polls because we, NASA, won,” said Odinga.

Raila blasted the United States, European Union and United Kingdom for supporting democracy in Kenya and implementation of the new constitution, only to backtrack and accept what he terms as ‘computer-generated leaders’.

“It is unfortunate that the U.S. supported multi-party democracy in Kenya, but backtracked and supported Mr. Kibaki in 2007 despite full indications that elections were stolen,” added Raila.

The ODM Party leader lauded the Supreme Court Judges for issuing a ruling he says “defines Kenya’s resilient democracy and for showing that courts can make an informed and independent decision.”

The Supreme Court in its ruling on Friday declared the election of President Uhuru as invalid, null and void and ordered a fresh election be held within 60 days.

“Presidential election was not conducted in accordance with the Constitution. The results are null and void,” the Supreme Court ruled on Friday.

Why tell us? Go to court. If it worked for presidential petition then he should expect the same success. But don't bother us with press conferences. We've had enough of politics already! SMH.

You are right soldieron. The same court he is applauding now,is the same court that allowed him limited access to iebc servers. In their wisdom, they must have fund it unnecessary to open access to all servers.
If RAO is honest,he should also tell his followers why he was denied full access to the servers. He does not do that.
Secondly, what explanation does he give to those governors, and MPs and other contestants who won under his party? What happened that the rigging in this case favored him?
I would hope that should Uhuruto win again in 60 days ,as think they will,NASA should be made to pay for this second round of elections...since it would be apparent that the exercise was as waste of time and resources.

Raila, you are a Multi-millionaire. All you care about is your own Leadership. Do you really care about the 40 million people in the country? Yet, most of the supporters you influence can't even afford a meal. Nothing it's satisfying you. What do you really want? This repeat will cost the country more money, people are suffering in businesses and the country is not moving forward.

And even when you get to power, I doubt what you will do to the people in Nyanza. I have seen young people that don't have the money you have and are helping people in Kisumu. These are the people that deserve to be in leadership.

Residents of Kibera and Mathare should be reallocated to Kisumu to crate a Super alliance block capable of defeating Jubilee. Such move would provide an opportunity for the city of Nairobi to acquire extra space for a land fill field. Kibera residents have their roots in Nyanza and Western Kenya and their reallocation to the Lakeside City of Kisumu would be a big welcome by many of them. History have shown that they cannot be salvaged to a modern life they have never been exposed to. Trillions of Kenya shillings have been spent by Kenya government and International Communities including Churches to uplift their life's but they still remain a menace to the society. Their reasoning capacity remain flawed. Demagogues such as Raila Odinga take advantage of them to create mayhem to those that don't support him. Kisumu City would benefit greatly to have resident of Kibera and Mathare reallocated there.

First the court did not make informed decision. Stop lying! Court said it was difficult to peruse through evidence because there was no time. Therefore, decision was un-informed. Second, your main agenda is to constitutionally overthrow the government. It will not work! There are many thinkers in Kenya. Third, you are raping Kenyans including the poor people you pretend represent. See the impact of your petition to the Nairobi stock exchange! I know you are laughing and celebrating but, hey, the hurt you cause others will come back to bite you.

When one reads these commends, one is left wondering whether tribalism will end in Kenya! In 2013 the courts ruled in uhuru's favor, did anyone of these people, who I believe are educated complain? People need to understand and uphold the laws of the country. Let's take athletics, 100meters to be exact. The runner in lane 1 wins the race, but he/She is adjudged to have stepped on the lane, what happens, he/She is disqualified! Those are the rules! So, even Jubilee won, and it didnt, were the results transmitted in accordance to the rules? Stop abusing others as is if are more Kenyans than others. Kenya is a country of 42 tribes, why can't we live in hammorny, agree to disagree as mature people? It sad, very sad indeed!

It is obvious that there was no jurisprudence in the supreme court decision. The decision was an expression of utter foolishness/stupidity by the judges.Kenyans deserve better. The right decision would have been to uphold the election. The judges made a big mistake. The current supreme court judges really do not deserve to rule over the affairs of cows or goats let alone human beings. It is very wrong to take the entire Kenyan electorate thru a rerun over technicalities. If there was a way to disbar the judges for mal practice then this would be the right thing to do.How sad it is that there was none among them that had the sense to do the right thing.

Like I said elsewhere, we need to ignore these guys and concentrate on task ahead. Clearly, the supreme courts have opened a can of worms. as now Odinga will start unpicking and crying foul at everything ane will not accept any results unless in his favor.

Uhuru on the other hand...well, there is always something to console himself with. But I believe the truth will come out if everyone comes out to vote in numbers, the elderly, sick, etc and exercise our democratic rights whichever party we support.

The reason why wazimu mkuu is now attacking the composition of Mps is because he now sees that he cannot go to parliament to get nusu mkate w/o NASA majority. Disband IEBC and uhuru is presso indefinitely - Did I say premature celebrations !!!

All this jubilee sycophants need to get real.Ati relocate kibera to Kisumu .Why do certain tribes look down on others like we choose where we were born? There are other tribes in the Slim's apart from Luos and Luhyas. There will be a repeat election in 60 days if you cannot accept to loose you can then take Raila to court.

Raila is Lord of poverty. He has been representing Kibera people for a long time and yet he is the one that opposes government initiating projects there. He likes them poor so that he can use them as backing dogs when things don't go his way. Where else have you seen people destroying properties over his loss other than in kibera and Kisumu? That's why this two communities need to be reunited in order to solidify Raila's Kingdom. Raila's foot soldiers, as he often calls them, are nothing but menace in the society that need to eradicated through reallocation and education. Effort to do that in Nairobi has failed. They need to be reallocated to where they came from which is Kisumu and western Kenya. Raila, like his fellow communists in the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe is a strong believer of Communism. His dream is to turn Kenya into a socialist country. Have you ever seen him in any harambee function or heard him contribute money anywhere? Raila is a dangerous demagogue who can easily turn Kenya into a stoneage country.
