Kenyan Man, 30, Jailed in Australia for Sexual Assault on 80-Year-old Man

A Kenyan man, 30, working at an elderly care facility in Perth, Australia, has been sentenced to two years in prison after allegedly admitting to forcing an elderly resident in his 80s, who had dementia, to engage in a sexual act.

James Ng’ang’a Irungu, who arrived in Australia in 2023 to pursue his studies, took up employment at an aged care facility to support himself financially. Raised in a strict Christian environment in Kenya, he had long suppressed his homosexuality. However, his struggles took a dark turn when he coerced an elderly resident in his 80s, suffering from dementia and Parkinson's disease, to engage in a sexual act. The incident, which occurred in March 2024, was captured on CCTV and later discovered by the victim's daughter, leading to Irungu's arrest.

During court proceedings, Irungu pleaded guilty to three counts of indecently dealing with an incapable person. Judge Alan Sefton, presiding over the case, handed down sentences of varying lengths for each charge, resulting in a total effective sentence of 24 months. While granting Irungu parole, Judge Sefton noted the possibility of visa revocation and subsequent deportation to Kenya. Judge Sefton emphasized the need for both personal and general deterrence, stating that Irungu's actions could potentially undermine public confidence in care facility staff.

The Kenyan community in Australia has strongly condemned Irungu's actions. Irungu's lawyer, Tony Hager, argued that his client had grappled with repressed sexuality and financial stress since arriving in Australia. The court received information that there was no victim impact statement available from the 83-year-old man who died recently.

Believers of this cult believe that you can do anything and be forgiven as long as you accept and believe in the late son of Miriam. That's why followers of this religious cult lead the world in the number of crimes committed by human beings.

"1 John 1:9 says, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness".

All thieves, murderers, rapists, fornicators, liars, and many other crimes committed by human beings are guaranteed "forgiveness" of their sins by the Jewish man-made god. Therefore, you can commit any crime when you are alive but make sure you confess your sins and all your sins will be forgiven. That is one of the many reasons that I cannot be a follower of this "Jewish cult." I believe that Ndugu Benjamin Zila Netanyahu is not worried about exterminating Palestinians who were not responsible for what Hitler did to them as long as he asks forgiveness from his deity.

SOLUTION:

Run away from these people as soon as they identify themselves as "blind followers" of the son of Miriam or Mariam. Why? They break more than three of the 10 commandments they claim were given to Moshe - Musa - Moses by their deity everyday 24/7.

The Ten Commandments are:

1. You shall have no gods before me: The first commandment, which states that there should be no other gods before God

2. You shall not make any idols to worship: A commandment that forbids the worship of idols

@Ndugu Imara Daima,In my guarded,and enlightened opinion, I find son of Mariam's teachings,and actions somehow not harmful to society as those of the other prophet who married a six year old child,and also married his son's wife after lusting after her.
But the worst part of the polygamous prophet is commanding his followers to kill nonbelievers,hence' the birth' of Alshabab, Boka haram,Al kaida,and others.
And finally, as I have said before, how could an african follow Islam knowing Mohummad owned and traded in african slaves? He also had female slaves just for fun.Not to forget that Islam paints anything black in a very negative light.Even the innocent black dog has not been spared.Its the embodiment of evil. If you find what I have written here shocking and unbelievable,and not worthy of a prophet of a true God, you are not alone.What say you people?

I feel very sorry for you Ndugu "X" Masitsa for having lost your traditional religion through colonization to such a degree that you are not even aware that you are lost. It is amazing that you still harbor a foreign name "Gilbert" about 60 years since Kenya attained her independence from the British.

Religion like language is a product of your history, culture, and your entire "worldview." Unless you are genetically a Jew, you are indeed psychologically programmed and lost beyond redemption. The same applies to the other intolerant religion from the Arab people known as Islam. You cannot be a Muslim unless you are genetically an Arab.
What you and many other brainwashed people lack is the ability to practice "Critical Thinking." What is Critical Thinking? It is the ability to "analyze all facts objectively and form a rational non-biased judgment."

In my teens, I was a devout christian.Somehow,I came to understand that looking at awoman and desiring her was a sin.That happened alot in my teens and I prayed alot for this sin to leave me alone,but nothing changed.I continued to "enjoy" the sight of beautiful women.However, nothing in me ever pushed me in the direction of wanting to 'mount one',especially against here will.I was scared a stiff for the consequence.
Why do I mention this, because,my religion SCIENCE tells us that there is nothing wrong with what I was going through as male teenager. Science also tells us that we should have a healthy sex life. What this means is that we should educate ourselves about human sexuality in a healthy,and socially acceptable manner.Socially acceptable in the sense that we should not shy away from telling our children about health sexual habits based on science,and guard ourselves against the vagaries brought about by religion.
Yes doing nothing is what breeds the likes of Ng'ang'a. Of course there is also a chance that he has a mental problem. Well.I will leave that to the experts.My two cents.
