‘God will Punish You’: Motorcyclist Confronts Reckless Kenyan Driver who Nearly Hit Him [VIDEO]

A motorcyclist has earned praise from Kenyans online after he confronted a reckless female driver who almost hit him.

This comes after a video of the incident that happened on Tuesday in an unknown location in the country emerged on social media.

The clip captured by the rider’s helmet camera shows the woman driving a Subaru Legacy car with number plate KBV 062Z, trying to overtake a lorry without caring about the oncoming motorcycle.

On realizing the woman is about to hit him, the biker quickly veers off the road to avoid a head-on collision with the car.

The woman does not stop and continues driving as if nothing happened but the rider turns back and chases down the car to confront her.

“You want to kill me? What’s wrong with you? You’re in my side of the road, you saw me coming and you still come, you want to kill me?” he yells at the woman.

“I’m a father of three. Just because you’re in a car does not give you the right to force a motorbike off the road! God will punish you!”

Here is how Kenyans online reacted to the video of the near-death incident.

@doranga tweeted: “I’m proud of this guy! Lots of times buses and trailers have force me out of the way with impunity. Now I have the courage to turn back.”

@vinmaliroy said: “I gave one the best punishment, I just followed him and broke his side mirrors and asked him to chase me. You do this to me, it can’t go unpunished.”

@mercy_syom noted: “The road constructors need to cater for cyclists, pedestrians and mkokoteni (handcart) people etc, even if its outside big cities. This forms a good size of population that use this mode of transport.”
