Quack Doctor Mugo wa Wairimu Sentenced to 3 Years in Prison
A Nairobi court has sentenced quack doctor James Mugo Ndichu, alias Mugo wa Wairimu, to three years in prison or pay a fine of Sh1.4 million.
This is after he was found guilty of several offenses, chief among them, operating a medical clinic without a license.
Senior Resident Magistrate Martha Nanzushi of Milimani law courts on Wednesday ruled that the prosecution proved its case against the accused person.
Mugo was further convicted of unlawfully operating an unregistered pharmacy, operating a medical laboratory without a license from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Practitioners, operating a medical clinic without registration, and practicing as an unregistered nurse.
He was arrested by flying squad officers in Gachie area, Kiambu County in November 2018 after evading arrest for several weeks by continuously swapping SIM cards.
Mugo was first arrested in 2015 after a video showing him raping a sedated female patient at his clinic in Githurai was exposed by a local TV station.
The video showed a woman lying on a doctor’s examination table and a man (believed to be Mugo) undressing before climbing onto the table and raping the sedated female patient.
Mugo was charged with rape and 11 other counts including operating an illegal clinic. He was later freed on bond.

With all the crimes this fuck did, thats all he gets. It seems that idiots in Kenya that commit big crimes r either free, get light prison terms but u carry some weed n the prison term u get will even shock Jah. I am a proud advocate of throwing a couple of rocks n if in the mood abit of burning for anyone that rapes or abuses women/girls.
You can accused or say the Kenyan male judges and lawyers of having participated in the same kinds of things this idiot did to women. They have raped women many times.

They say 'The Law is an Ass'. Mark you the woman in the video never made a complaint, and her identity is not known. And the face of the rapist is not shown. There is no way of telling if it is Mugo.
