Police Officer Reportedly Pushes Girlfriend Off Fourth-Floor Apartment in Nairobi
Detectives are searching for a police officer accused of shoving his girlfriend off a balcony of their fourth-floor apartment in Nairobi.
The policeman attached to Kasarani Police Station is said to have had an argument with his girlfriend on Friday night before she fell off the balcony at an apartment in Ngumba area in Nairobi’s Kasarani estate.
Neighbors who responded after hearing a loud bang said the officer threatened them with a firearm before taking off.
The woman fell on a vehicle parked outside the apartment and was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.
Confirming the incident, Kasarani sub-county Commander Peter Mwanzo said officers are in hot pursuit of the suspect whose identity is yet to be revealed.
“The woman fell from the balcony and we are yet to establish whether she jumped herself or she was pushed off,” said Mwanzo.

@ Rotten in one of my comments,I just questioned the selection,and recruiting process in the police force. No wonder they now want cops to be college educated.They realize the IQ of current cops is too low.
You can base it on corruption.
Folks pay money to be recruited into the police force.
Again our Kenyan police, Army, airforce, etc... believe that they are above the law. They use fear and intimidation.
Most of us have gone through this with cops in Kenya...being arrested and asked for bribes.
Mkenya believes African policemen are licensed like wauaji Raila,Kabogo,Wanjiru,Joho,Kamanda,Murathe etc to kill other Africans at will in Haven Kenya.I hope he will describe how the “American policeman” killed her Kenyan girlfriend by forcing her down from fourth floor.
