One Kenya Alliance Teams Up with ODM and Jubilee to Form a Mega Coalition

One Kenya Alliance (OKA) has resolved to join hands with Azimio La Umoja ahead of the August 9th general elections.
In a joint statement, OKA principals Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiper), Gideon Moi (Kanu) and Cyrus Jirongo (UDP) announced they have decided to join ODM and Jubilee party in forming a mega coalition dubbed Azimio-One Kenya Alliance.
“The One Kenya Alliance wishes to inform Kenyans that it has officially initiated open and structured dialogue with like-minded political formations, namely the Jubilee and the ODM Party,” OKA said in a statement read by Musyoka.
“We are open to the formation of a Grand Coalition to be known as the Azimio-One Kenya Alliance that shall be anchored on three equal pillars.”
Musyoka, Moi, and Jirongo say they decided to work with Azimio since ODM and Jubilee resonate with OKA’s political ideologies and plans for the country.
“As OKA, we firmly believe in an open, honest, and structured dialogue whose basis is the promotion of national unity; upholding and respecting the dignity of all Kenyans; ending the culture of corruption and impunity, and restoring the decency of living within our borders,” added Musyoka.
The grand coalition, Musyoka said, will be unveiled on February 28th when official documentation would be signed and presented to the Registrar of Political Parties.
The announcement comes after ODM and the Jubilee parties nominated Raila Odinga as their preferred presidential flagbearer under the Azimio la Umoja coalition that will be officially launched on Saturday at Kasarani Stadium.
ODM and Jubilee have already signed coalition agreements with more than 15 political parties.

Ruto has convinced this one that he is poor and so he believes a thief who has no interest in his future! I hope every body in the Migaa place of Naivasha is not as stupid as the Collision to vote for a man who killed them in 2007. Ruto still got a case to answer at the ICC for killing Kenyans as I can mildly put it!

How much money exchanged hands? Gov Mutua had said that watermelon was demanding 2 billion to join Azimio. That amount was either deposited into watermelons account in Dubai or India in India a few weeks ago. Otherwise the melon was willing to stay in the presidential race.

Should Ruto become President Kenya will have been ruled and dominated by two communities for close to 70 years, in exclusion of the 41 other communities. This is unacceptable, regardless of what any interpretation of so called democracy is. Kenya is a family of communities coexisting peacefully and there is no easier way to break it up than allowing such a skewed political domination. Uhuru Kenyatta is right, those that claim tyranny of numbers must rethink and allow a new order. I speak as a Kenyan born in Mt Kenya.

Its like.saying Michael Jordan and LeBron James dominated basketball too many years combined. Competitors must up their game. Democracy is flawed as it favors majority. Swiss have a better system of rotational regional presidents. A true devolved and fair sys.

This is a sad day for Kenya and marks a trend towards single party dictatorship like in Russia today .All the toils of multiparty democracy from days of Jn kariuki, Tom mboya Robert ouko Matiba sabasaba are getting lost . If people are led by what lines their pockets instead of fighting for democracy and good government it results in such survival tactics, cowardice .Kenyans wanted a third choice coz the two guys suck in different ways anyhow . Who is leading the opposition in Kenya?

Here we go again WAKENYA.
First of all, KALONZO,had said that he was not going to support RAILA, but as we all know, you can't trust anything any politician says.
Like I had said before, JOMO did a great job dividing KENYANS on tribal basis installing KINGPINS who act as SPOKESPERSONS for the MASSES. The KINGPINS RAPED KENYA DRY.,with JOMO's philosophy of even COOKS taste food when cooking, unfortunately the COOKS ate the whole POTS,leaving the MASSES with table scraps. The MASSES were taught not to think on their own, but to follow and do what the KINGPINS say.
There will be no positive or any meaningful changes in KENYA as long as we keep recycling the same folks in office.
Then MOI came in and did exactly what KENYATTA did, coining the term, " WAKATI WETU WA KUKULA" "FUATA NYAYO",which he PERFECTED, in turn ran KENYAN ECONOMY to the ground.
Now, every tribe wants to EAT as the KIKUYUS and KALEJINS have, the only problem is ONLY THE CHOSEN KINGPINS EATS.
Every other poor KENYAN, regardless of ETHNICITY is and will continue to suffer, until we demand and force for changes.
LET'S not get fooled that we are PEACEFUL, HUNGER AND POVERTY DON'T KNOW PEACE.
