Kenyan Billionaire Chris Kirubi Travels to the US for Specialized Treatment

Kenyan billionaire businessman Chris Kirubi has traveled to the United States to seek specialized treatment.

The business tycoon and director of NSE-listed investment company, Centum flew to the US for specialised treatment on Monday following a two-week treatment at a Nairobi top hospital.

A memo by Centum Chief Executive Officer James Mworia to staff confirmed Kirubi had flown to the US for further medical care.

“Dr Kirubi… travelled to the United States for further investigations on Monday,” said Mr Mworia in the memo that did not disclose the sickness.

However, Mworia refuted reports by local bloggers that the businessman was in critical condition and denied he had been admitted at the ICU.

“Instead, Dr Kirubi, whom I spent time with on Monday and saw off at the airport, and have spoken to on multiple occasions since, remains in good spirits and actively engaged on business matters in his usual endearing fashion,” added Mr Mworia.

In a tweet on his official Twitter handle, Kirubi said he was strong and was going about his business.

"Dear #KOT , thank you for your concern. I'd like to reassure you that I am ok, strong & going about my business. Remember, business first ^CK," He tweeted.

Kirubi is one of the most renowned investors in the Kenya and East Africa with a business empire worth billions of shillings.

Business Daily reported that Kirubi controls 45 per cent share of agrochemicals firm Bayer East Africa, 49 per cent stake in Tiger Brands, Capital Media Group, Two Rivers in Gigiri, and The Pearl Marina Project in Uganda among others.

The bitter truth is that only a BLOODY REVOLUTION will save Kenya from all these self iflicated problems. All the elite gangsters led by Kirubi,Kibaki,Wanjigi,Moi,Pattine etc,the ruling class and opposition chiefs must FACE the FIRING SQUAD.Hii mambo ya kuambudu wezi na wauaji must be stopped by punishing them mercilessly.

NASA/NRM is anti-business. To them, 'billionaire business man' is an insult. That's why they want to kill safaricom. They think government is supposed to manufacture money and distribute to people. Thats why RAO speaks of being offered 25b to retire. They need to learn the one plus one of business. Quick recovery Chris
