Kenyan Man Kills Wife, Lover After Busting Them in Bed at 2am
A middle-aged Kenyan man has surrendered himself to police after allegedly killing his wife and her suspected lover in Namanga, Kajiado County.
Samuel Gitonga is said to have killed the two after he allegedly busted them in bed after arriving home in Maili Tisa at 2 am on Saturday.
Gitonga first stabbed the man identified only as Mutuku multiple times in the neck and chest using a kitchen knife before strangling his wife and twisting her neck.
The suspect later dragged Mutuku’s body and dumped it near the road before going into hiding.
Gitonga and his late wife have three children aged seven months, two years, and three years.
Police say they found the seven-month-old baby suckling her deceased mother at 7 am.
Gitonga turned himself in at the Namanga Police Station later in the day.
The bodies of Mutuku, who was a charcoal vendor and Gitonga’s wife, were taken to Kajiado County Referral Hospital mortuary.

@evsranja With all the number of cases where men have cheated with mipangos I would hate to imagine how many men would still be alive if women resulted to butchering their husbands. On a similar story just few days ago, @ Nani commented this could be the result of women insisting on raising sensitive men versus instilling in them the man-up or men don't cry kind of attitude. Maybe @Nani has a point.

I can imagine Gitonga's pain. When you go back home at 2am and find your wife in your a matrimonial bed with the neighborhood charcoal vendor, believe me ...the reaction will be filled with rage. It is not that easy to JUST WALK AWAY as some readers have suggested.
