Kenyan Man Found Dead in Houston, Texas
A Kenyan-born man was on Saturday found deaden Buffalo bayou at 49 San Jacinto Street in Houston, Texas.
The man was later identified by a friend as Geoffrey Chepkwony, who hails from Bomet County, Kenya.
Chepkwony’s friend and former roommate, Sam Makaya, says Chepkwony was suffering from mental issues and was on and off medications.
Houston Police said they were waiting for autopsy results, but said there were no signs of trauma found on Chepkwony’s body. His family in Kenya has been informed of the tragic news.
