Maina Kageni Elated After His 'Roommate' Ciru Arrives from the US
Radio presenter Maina Kageni is excited after his ‘roommate’ Wanjiru wa Kinuthia, alias Ciru, landed in the country from the US on Friday.
Through social media, Maina shared a photo of himself holding a bottle of champagne with Ciru seated beside him.
“Welcome home, Ciru! What a start to the weekend!” he captioned the picture.
The two refer to each other as roommates but have never made it clear whether they are dating.
A fortnight ago, Maina announced he was expecting Ciru in Kenya. He described her as a lovely and intelligent woman he has never met.
“Shiro wa Maina, she is the best, the loveliest person ever, the most fun person ever and she is a doctor, she is going for her second doctorate, a Ph.D.,” Maina said.
He added: “Shiro is coming home next month. Mushone vitenge muwe tayari muanze kupractice soprano na alto. Habari ndio hiyo.”
