Four Family Members Killed in a Grisly Accident along Kajiado-Namanga Highway

Four members of the same family were on Monday killed in a grisly accident on the Namanga-Kajiado highway.

Kajiado Central police commander Joseph Mutira said the four perished after the vehicle they were traveling in rammed a trailer at Maili Tisa area.

One person sustained injuries in the accident and was rushed to a hospital in Namanga, where he is receiving treatment.

"The incident involved a trailer with registration number T 896 SQ 732 and a Toyota V8 registration number KCJ 435 S. Both vehicles were heading to Kajiado," Mutira said.

Mutira said the deceased were aged between 24 and 27 and their bodies were moved to Kajiado County Referral Hospital mortuary.

He urged motorists to exercise caution on the road.
