Missing IEBC ICT Manager Found Dead in Kikuyu

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission's (IEBC) Director of Information Communication Technology Chris Musando, who has been missing since Friday has been found dead.

Police on Monday said that bodies of the director and an unidentified woman were found in Kikuyu area in Kiambu County and taken to the City Mortuary.

The Director's vehicle had been traced on Sunday night parked beside an apartment building near Thika Road Mall in Roysambu constituency.

IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati on Sunday broke the news of his disappearance, saying that his phone went unanswered.

His last communication was a text message to a colleague in IEBC notifying him of the Commission's itinerary this week.

He was last seen on Friday night at IEBC offices at the Anniversary towers in Nairobi at 10 pm, after attending an interview on NTV.

The circumstances surrounding his disappearance and death raises pertinent questions, especially coming a week to the general election and ICT being a key feature in the forthcoming polls.

Muuaji Raila is the father/mother of all murders/murderers in Kenya and all investigations concerning Musando's killing will be ZERO without his(SAVAGE RAO's)statement. It is only Raila who wants elections postponed and he is the only person who wants all election officials dead since the courts have declined his demands.

OMERA you're wrong!!! And it's because you Have Your LEAKED/Stolen Exam Certificate; useless certificate. No wonder you to reason with you behind and NOT Your Head.

Therefore:
Read the Newspapers/watch the News/and Use Commonsense and you will KNOW that MUSANDO was known in IEBC as:
The one that was Committed to SEALING all Loopholes for RIGGING. He was Against UhuRuto's Plans to RIG the Elect.

So OMERA:
ERECT your Brains before you ELECT your UhuRuto your Wauaji.

I know you suffer from this SEVERE Depression. So go Throw Away those Ropes for Hanging Yourself (before you Hang Yourself) after Uhuru Loses and Raila WINS on 8/8/17.

Ujinga kando. It is an open secret that mujomba yako muuaji Raila wants elections postponed, ata he doesn't deny it.But with the support/help of watu, akili mavi iliyojaa vunza kama GUEST 1,muuaji Raila will kill everybody in IEBC to have the election delayed.Your reasoning of Musando's knowledge of ICT leads me and maybe other brain users to another conclusion-that Raila killed Musando after he refused to alter election results for him(Raila).

Reports from Minnesota have confirmed that the Raila harambees were to fund these Raila planned murders/suicides by Al Shabaab. But it won't last for long before all these wanjingas are arrested.

If Raila or Uhuru wins, what personal gain do anyone of you/us achieve. No matter what happens or rather no matter who wins on 08/08/17. Please let respect one another and accept the results of the elections. Asiye kubali kushindwa si mshindani. I wonder which golf course they will be enjoying Nyama choma as we the damn fools are being tear gased and killed on the streets in the name of unfair elections. Respect your fellow Kenyans and if the candidates feel cheated maybe they can square it off one on one on a boxing ring and let us, we the regular Kenyans watch them.

Bite. Search for Good Leadership is NOT about PERSONAL gain; its about NATIONAL gain for the Whole Country.

And do you know that:
When Kenya Gains a Good Leader on 8/8/17 prices of Essential Commodities like Unga, Milk, and Sugar will go down to Your Personal Gain to benefit You and Your Family on Grassroot Level?

Or:
Should I guess you do NOT live in Kenya and therefore do NOT understand the "Personal Pain" people of Economic Struggles are Experiencing?

Note: UhuRuto have been "Personal Pain" to Many Kenyans; and Raila will be "Personal Gain" when Prices of Essential Commodities go down.

@guest1. Raila's Social Democracy/communist background/extreme leftist ideas would only further impoverish Kenyans.Kenyans need to stick with UHURU and RUTO so that we can have more development in Kenya and more business friendly ideas that would then result to more jobs for Kenyans. This RAO's has lead Kibera for 20 years, the people there have known nothing but his impoverishing political ideas.

It has been disaster since 2013 when the Uhuru and Ruto became the leaders of Kenya.

When it comes to guaranteeing the safety of the Kenyan people they get an "F." When it comes to fighting corruption, they score another "F." When it comes to promising laptops to the pupils in our schools, another straight 'F."

And finally, when it comes to creating jobs for the millions of Kenyan unemployed youth, another exemplary "F."

When it comes to favoring two ethnic groups ( the wi mwega? and Chamugee missing people) in key positions, the score an "A."

With so many "f's" they have the audacity to run again! They are taking the many starving poor people of Kenya for granted. The other day, I saw them distributing maize flour to the starving people during one of the campaign stops. They should have been arrested and accused for bribery.

The fact that they were in power for four years and they did not make an effort to arrest, prosecute, and fine or imprison anyone involved in the 2007-2008 holocaust, leaves very little to be desired from their myopic leadership.

After reading from the Nation how Musando died, it resembles the kind of killing that Mungiki terrorist followers did in the past for a few targeted people.

The election should be postponed.
