A Kenyan man in Kent, Washington died on Saturday, May 12th after crashing a motorcycle into a curb.

Antony Karanja, 41, of Kent, had reportedly climbed onto a friend’s motorcycle to take a picture.

Karanja asked the friend if he could take the bike, a 2016 BMW S1000 for a spin outside a church parking lot and take a few pictures riding the bike. Karanja however lost control of the bike, hit a curb and was thrown into a fence striking his head, according to Ed Troyer, the sheriff department’s spokesman.

Although he regained consciousness before paramedics arrived, Karanja later died of his injuries.

Unfortunate incident indeed! Praying for the owner of the bike as well, not to self blame or live with guilt.
