Kenyans Online Wowed After Larry Madowo Interviews Bill Gates

US-based BBC journalist Larry Madowo has earned praise Kenyans on social media after he interviewed American billionaire and philanthropist Bill Gates.
Madowo spoke to the Microsoft Founder about the global fight against the Covid-19 pandemic in an exclusive interview aired on BBC TV and radio on Tuesday.
“Catch my interview with Bill Gates all day today across the BBC, on TV and radio, wherever you are in the world,” Madowo said in a Twitter post.
Madowo, who graduated with a Master’s in Business and Economics Journalism from Columbia University in May, is presently working as a US correspondent for BBC reporting on various matters including the Covid-19 situation.
Kenyans took to Twitter to commend Madowo for getting the rare opportunity to interview one of the richest persons on earth and being a good Kenyan ambassador abroad.

Aaaiii l am not hating but l am sure if he is all that, l can interview Bill if someone write questions to ask him. Like why is he funding Covid and where did the virus come from. I used to think Larry was gay cos of the way he talk.... Hope he is not been mistaken here in US by them people.

This is the same guy who banned Miguna for referring to UhuRuto as demagogues even though he clearly stated that he didn't know the meaning of the term when asked by Miguna. He was used and dumped by the masters he served then. I hope he took that as a learning experience.
He represents us well on the international arena journalistically though.
