Kenyan Policeman and Wife Found Dead in Police Quarters in Suspected Murder-Suicide Case

A police officer and his wife were on Sunday morning found dead in Kwale in a suspected case of murder-suicide.

The bodies of the two; Tonik Okoth Oloo and his spouse Lucy Atieno were found inside their house at police quarters within Lunga Lunga police station.

Police said their bodies had gunshot wounds and it is suspected that Oloo, who was attached to the Criminal Intelligence Police Unit, killed his wife before turning the gun on himself.

Confirming the incident, Kwale County police commander Joseph Nthenge said investigations are underway to establish what transpired.

“We suspect that he killed himself before killing his wife but an investigation has been launched,” said Nthenge.

A Ceska pistol and three spent cartridges of 9mm bullets were recovered from the scene.

The bodies of the two were moved to Kinango Hospital mortuary as investigations continue.

Nzioki promoted unqualified Nthenge on his boss's,CIC Uhuru foolish tribal inclucivity basis.Uhuru worshippers abuses are welcome but first ask Nthenge how Oloo committed suicide before he killed his wife.Or maybe he(Nthenge) killed both of them after being cought "EATING" Atieno's PEGENYE.
