Ruto Leads Hustlers in Boycotting Popular Kenyan News Platform

Deputy President William Ruto has led the ‘Hustler Nation’ in boycotting a popular Kenyan SMS news platform.

Taking to Twitter on Saturday, Ruto and his allies urged their supporters to unsubscribe from the news platform dubbed ‘411 News Alert’.

They claim that 411 News Alert is a propaganda tool being used by the government to frustrate the ‘Hustler Movement.’

“Dear Subscriber, you have successfully unsubscribed from 21411_News_Breaking_News/5sms. Tuonane kule mbele. KaziNiKazi,” Ruto posted on Twitter.

Ruto’s allies, including Elgeyo-Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen, his Nakuru counterpart Susan Kihika, Nominated Senator Millicent Omanga, and Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi, followed suit by posting screenshots of their exit message from the popular news platform.

Senator Murkomen tweeted: “There’s no difference between SMS news alert 411 and Joseph Goebbels’ notepad. It is the state’s most vicious propaganda tool against hustlers and their quest for inclusion. Unsubscribe is the only option left… To Unsubscribe from 411 news alert please dial *456*20# and follow the instructions. Thank you!”

Senator Kihika said: “Propaganda is to a democracy what the bludgeon is to a totalitarian state. Noam Chomsky Let us Unsubscribe to 411 not their weapon of propaganda!”

Belgut MP Nelson Koech wrote: “Nikuhama...Wa Mwisho zima taa. Tufunge hii kampuni ya Roho Chafu.”

Senator Omanga stated: “Good riddance to trash news.”

You guys are a joke. Some of those in the hustler movement have never known hunger at one time in their lives. Ask KIHIKO Kimani what type of a hustler she is. Please don’t hoodwink the poor fellows in Kenya
