Presidential Aspirant Prof. George Wajackoyah Unveils His Running Mate

Roots Party presidential candidate Prof. George Wajackoyah has named Justina Wambui Wamae as his running mate.

Wamae, who holds a bachelor’s degree from Daystar University and a master’s from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), becomes the first female presidential running mate in Kenya.

She unsuccessfully contested for the Mavoko parliamentary seat in the 2017 general elections.

In a past interview, Wamae declared her support for Wajackoyah’s bid to legalize marijuana in the country if elected president, saying this will stimulate the ailing economy.

“We want to put money in the pockets of all Kenyans through the returns we shall get from bhang exports in the international market,” she said.

Wajackoyah, a lawyer by profession, argues that legalizing bhang will help the country offset its huge public debt.

He is also promising to implement a four-day workweek (Monday through Thursday), saying that this will help bring families closer together, create a 24-hour economy, and allow Muslims to worship on Friday.

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) set May 16th as the deadline for presidential candidates to submit the names of their running mates.

Yes to the weed! Legalization will just be in paper, otherwise, the weed/weed derivatives are already in our schools, villages etc!

Is that a stocking cap Prof. George Wajackoyah is wearing on his head? This dude practices what he preaches: smoking some good weed.
