I Only Have Problems with Raila, Not Luos, Moses Kuria Says

Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria says he has never had problems with the Luo Community.

The controversial MP said that he only has issues with National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga. "I have been accused of hating the Luo community but that is not true; my only problem is with Mr Odinga," the MP said.

Kuria has been a staunch critic of the former Prime Minister and has on several ocassions been caught on the wrong side of the law for the attacks.

Two weeks ago, the MP was arrested and detained at Pangani Police station over remarks on the Orange Democratic Movement leader and his wife Ida, which were considered as hateful. He was arraigned before the Court and was released on bail.

Kuria was speaking in Kitengela, Kajiado County on Sunday where he lead a number of MPs in the Mbele Iko Sawa campaign team to drum support for President Uhuru Kenyatta's reelection bid. Kuria and his team hit out at Nasa presidential candidate Raila Odinga over his "irreducible minimum" demands to IEBC regarding the repeat presidential election set for October 26th.

"If Raila is not ready he should write a letter to (IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati) to remove himself from the race so that we can swear in Uhuru Kenyatta," Ababu Namwamba, the Labour Party of Kenya leader, said.

Ndugu Kuria, after you openly admitted what you and somebody else helped deliver Ruto to the ICC, and you are still talking and inciting your audience to be violent. Do you remember the you tube video where the youth were holding machetes in their hands and what you said to them in your language?

The day that Chris Msando died, I saw you standing next to his vehicle. What were you doing? Have you been arrested and questioned why you said about Msando?

The only reason that you are an MP is because the corrupt IEBC cleared you to run for an elective public office. They should not have cleared you and many more others.

For the goodness of Kenya, please go back to the business that you did before the people of South Gatundu elected you. You are in the wrong career!

Actually, most non-NASA Kenyans have a problem with Raila and not the Luos. Similarly, not all Luos have a problem with all Kikuyus. But we the people never want to hear the truth. Truth hurts! If Kuria tells as it is, you begin casting stones at him.

Mheshimiwa Kuria irritates his detractors because he gives them a taste of their own medicine, uses a fat syringe with ingredients with more potency. Brilliant politician he is.

Most ordinary mwananchi do not have a problem with one another.I mean whether someone is a LUO ,KIKUYU, LUHYA etc etc.The problem is that the politicians for example RAO and crew try to use their political influence to Destablize the country. For example by trying to say that there is not going to be an election, making unreasonable demands on IEBC etc etc.Kenyans need to continue to reject this divisive form of politics.By Voting for UHURUTO.I was talking to one of my LUO friends who was essentially saying to me that she does not like how RAO does not use his influence in LUO LAND to bring about DEVELOPMENT and to Push for Peace in the country. Most Luo Politicians on the other hand, Know that What Raila is doing is wrong, but they are too cowed to speak up.But I have faith that calm and reasonable heads are going to prevail in Kenya.

This vile excuse of a relevant politician needs to be put down .Where I come from when a cow stops producing milk we simply put it down. He does not deserve to retire and has outlived his usefulness if he had any at all.
