Miguna Miguna Claims He's Being Detained in a Dirty Toilet at the JKIA

Self-declared National Resistance Movement (NRM) general Miguna Miguna claims that police officers are detaining him in a dirty toilet at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).
The firebrand lawyer, who has remained at the Nairobi airport since his arrival on Monday afternoon, further says that he has been denied food, water, medical attention and even a shower.
“I am detained inside a tiny and filthy toilet without access to basic hygiene and necessities of life. The respondents haven’t provided me with food, water, and medical attention in addition to not according me my right to counsel,” said Miguna in a statement.
“I have no access to a bathroom and I have not taken a shower since Sunday, March 25th. The toilet where I am being held has no shower or bathtub. There is only hot water in the toilet, hence, I am also unable to wash my face and brush my teeth,” he continues.
The former Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant said the continued detention by the “despots” was a violation of his rights, which will be resisted through all means.
“Despite the court order, and as they have done consistently before, the respondents have not released me,” Dr Miguna says.
“They have locked out my lawyers from accessing me since my illegal detention last evening. They also unsuccessfully attempted to evade service of the court order.”
“In full view of the media, and therefore the entire world, the respondents physically assaulted me, tore my clothes, refused to allow me to re-enter Kenya,” he says.
“(They) abducted me and attempted to force me to fly out to Dubai without any documentation whatsoever.”
Miguna vowed he will not give in to attempts by the government to have him enter the country as a foreigner, maintaining that is Kenyan by birth.
“I wish to make it clear that I will not permit the respondents to continue violating my constitutional and legal rights through arbitrary bureaucratic fiats,” he said.
"I urge Kenyans to strongly resist the increasing authoritarianism by the Jubilee regime and to join forces with the National Revolutionary Movement (NRM) against what is clearly a desperate attempt to establish a party dictatorial state”.
On Tuesday, High Court Justice Roselyn Aburili the government to release Miguna and bring him to court on Wednesday morning.

Miguna, no need to complain. It is a choice you have made by ignoring the immigration laws. Solution, get a visa by presenting requested documents and fight for your causes when inside the country. You are quite intelligent but you act like a damn **s.

I am confused!!!!!!! How does he want to be treated. He is supposed to be a general in a terrorist organization. He keep on asking to be treated with kids gloves. Even in Western Countries you would be held as a terror suspect. You get what you deserve. I truly believe the Jubilee government has been too lenient on these agitators for too long. These is only one ruling government and if you do not want to live in peace by it, move back to Canada. We are fed of this bullshit. Stop it now. You are not special.

I wish I could sympathise with Miguna but it is impossible to sympathise with a fool, especially one so full of himself.
