Two More Patients Killed by Covid-19 in Kenya as Cases Rise to 270

Two more patients have succumbed to coronavirus in Kenya, increasing the death toll from the disease to 15, the Health Ministry has said.
Health Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) Dr. Mercy Mwangangi also announced the confirmation of eight additional cases of Covid-19.
The eight new cases were recorded after 1,330 samples were tested in the past 24 hours. This raises the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 270.
Mwangangi, in a press briefing on Sunday, said the eight new patients comprise seven Kenyans and one foreign national. The patients are aged between 17-65 years and none of them has a history of travel.
“Three emanated from our quarantine centers and five were picked by our surveillance teams from various parts of the country,” said Mwangangi.
Four of the cases were registered in Mombasa County, three in Nairobi and one in Kajiado.
Further, Dr. Mwangangi said seven more patients have left the hospital after recovering from the bug, bringing the total number of recoveries in the country to 67.
Out of the total 270 infections, 56 percent are imported cases while 46 percent are from local transmission, added Dr. Mwangangi.

I would rather say Two More Patients 'Die of' Covid-19 than say 'killed by' Covid-19.
