Azimio Has Enough Evidence of Election Rigging, Jubilee Secretary-General Kioni Says

Jubilee secretary-general Jeremiah Kioni says the Azimio La Umoja-One Kenya coalition will file a petition at the Supreme Court challenging the results of the August 9th presidential election.

Speaking during an interview on Friday, Kioni said the Raila Odinga-led coalition has enough evidence that will show beyond all doubt that the results of the presidential election were tampered with.

"Azimio is still keen (on filing the petition). How do you allow that kind of theft to go on? We know how the votes were suppressed and our legal team is currently handling that but rest assured the petition will be in court," Kioni told Citizen TV.

Kioni, who failed in his bid to defend his Ndaragwa parliamentary seat, further claimed that a section of Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) officials were involved in the alleged electoral malpractice, saying that they colluded with their rivals to rig the elections.

"We have gone through an electoral process that experienced rigging on an industrial scale, something that we have never seen since 1963. It is an embarrassment caused by the IEBC. If that rigging is not addressed by our courts of law, it makes no sense to go into any elections in future," he added.

UDA candidate William Ruto was declared the winner of the August 9th presidential election after garnering 7,176,141, representing 50.49 percent of the total votes.

His main competitor Odinga of the Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya coalition secured 6,942,930 votes (48.85 percent), followed by Roots Party candidate George Wajackoyah (61,969 votes) and David Mwaure (1,987 votes).

Odinga rejected the results saying the “figures announced by Wafula Chebukati are null and void and must be quashed by a court of law.”

Oooh My God- Kioni is on record saying that their strategy in mt. Kenya region was : 1.Ask people to vote for raila 2. If they felt they could not bring themselves to vote for raila - stay home (suppress the vote) so that Ruto does not get the Mt. Kenya vote. It worked- the turnout in these regions was suppressed and so even if raila seems to get over 20% it is only because most people stayed home and only by God's mercy did Ruto get enough from other regions to compensate- Coast and Western. Everyone listen to Kioni interview and now hear what he says- insane. Which is more probable: In raila constituencies raila 70k Ruto 300 votes in Rutos strongholds Ruto 50k raila 21k- you tell me in a whole constituency ruto could not get 800 people to vote for him? Kioni- if you had anything between your ears you would shut up- apologize to the president for shaming him with lies and raila for conning him. You did not win your own polling station!!! You were your agent at that station- what happened there? I listened to Prof. Kagwanja (God bless him for candor) he said his 94yr old mother refused a ride with him because she was going to vote for H.E. Ruto and kagwanja and his family (one a member of gov- senior CS) were voting for raila. Could be your family members never voted for you and your project- remember you never voted for Mudavadi even as his running mate?

Every fackin capable organization around the world has looked into the publicly accessible results and all of them have come into one fackin conclusion - - Dr. Ruto won!!!

Did anyone notice that one of those rebel planted commissioners, the older fat lady, when reading the results, she would mambo jumble the ones that Ruto had won, you won’t even know exactly what she said, and then as clear cut on those the peoples conman won?!?

I noticed that way before all the shenanigans and I suspected then that she wasn’t liking what the numbers were saying! It was all over her face!!!

@Jeremiah Kioni . Do not go along with the lie that the election was rigged. Support democracy by respecting the will of the people. The right thing to do here is to concede defeat. Of course going to the supreme court is well and fine. However, once the judges decide. I hope that you will affirm democracy by accepting the verdict of the voters. All Kenyans deserve to go back to building the economy in peace. Those that lost can try again in 5 years.

He is a real fool. Just a dick head type of a person. Just try to visit his constituency which is full of pot holes on the road. He treat constinuents like they are nothing. He is as thick as porridge. That's what people used to say in old days. He should not appear his face on media channels as he is such a bustard. The donkeys in his village can think better than him.

The four IEBC "renegades" claim that Chebukati flounted the law.He counters that the renegaded are the ones who did not follow the laws governing the IEBC. Obviously the layman cannot tell who is right. Therefore I call upon on our learned comrades from the law society of Kenya to elucidate this matter.
