The year 2020 has started in earnest. As property developers, we are extremely Optimistic in regards to the year 2020.

There are several reasons why there is a positive vibe.

What can we bring you? Is a standard question when friends and relatives visit.

1. Spend wisely
Make sure that you have spent what is absolutely necessary and try your best to save a portion of your hard earned money.

It has been 20 years since I arrived in the U.S. from Kenyan - where did time go? I was 20 years old when I got to Atlanta with no idea how life would unfold.

I could quote a hundred or so peer reviewed journal articles, hundreds of theses, books and other academic works regarding adapting to life in a foreign country.

Here is the big question: Is it okay to buy land with a charge? Or in other words, is it okay to buy land that has been purchased by a developer through a bank loan?

Believe me when I say that as a fellow Mzee, I am sick and tired of in-laws who, after being invited abroad by their children, decide that they will never go back to Kenya.
