Julie Weche, a Kenyan-American founder of Elimu Tutoring & Training Center in Baltimore, Maryland, recently started down for an interview with Voice of America (VoA).

In this April 2nd segment of Voice of America’s Africa 54 show, Julie, an educator by profession, discusses with VoA’s Esther Githui-Ewart her work at Elimu, which she founded six years ago.
