"My Money Comes from Jesus": Nairobi-Based South Sudanese Man Videotaped 'Swimming in Dollars' Says [VIDEO]

A Nairobi-based South Sudanese man whose video 'swimming in dollars' went viral on social media has finally spoken about his wealth and identity.

Speaking during an interview with Citizen TV's Jeff Koinange, Lawrence Lual Malong Yor Jr. says he is a blessed man and his money comes from Jesus Christ.

Yor further dismisses claims that he is the son of former South Sudanese Chief of Staff in the Army, General Paul Malong Awan who is accused of looting his country dry in a recently released investigative documentary dubbed "The Profiteers."

“According to our culture, one would be insulting me by claiming that I am General Malong’s step-son, while in real sense, I am not. I am Lawrence Lual Malong Yor senior’s son,” he said in the interview.

“I am Lawrence Lual Malong Yor Jr, which means my father is Lual Malong Yor Snr. General Malong is not my father… we are not related,” said Mr. Yor.

In the documentary, Kenyan journalist John Allan Namu reported that the young man was General Malong’s son. The journalist alleged that General Malong, who was fired by South Sudan President Salva Kiir in 2013, took advantage of war to loot money to the tunes of millions of dollars and stashed them in foreign accounts.

“My money comes from Jesus Christ,” said Yor.

He said he sleeps in a presidential suite at Serena hotel in Nairobi, where he pays $2,500 (Sh250,000) per night on accommodation alone.

“My Lord Jesus Christ blessed me; I fly on private jets… I live in Presidential suites… I am blessed,” said the 30-year old who also bragged about the Rolex watch he wore worth $10,000 (Sh1 million).

You have to be the biggest nincompoop or a total nutcase to be bragging like that. A sane person who works hard for his money would not say those things nor spend his hard earned money that way. This has to rooted or drug money. Stop bragging. You will attract some bad guys plus the law.

Kenyans are easily dubbed. The fact is this is a conman with counter fake dollars that is brought to Kenya by Nigerians and other foreigners for the purpose of money laundering. No normal person would go to a foreign country and brag of swimming in money. This ugly man need to be apprehended and interrogated over his source of income. Kenya has become an oasis of money laundering thanks in part to it's policy of allowing criminals all over Africa to come to the country unvetted. Foreign criminals operating in Kenya have become bold to an extent that they are laundering money next to Central Bank Of Kenya

What a clown. If it’s real money please treat yourself to a brain implant even a sheep’s brain would be an upgrade. ’jesa’and the ‘choch’ you think you’re buying ain’t enough for your empty skull.
Fan fact; studies have shown that money is one of the most dirty object in the world( dirtier than a household toilet). Hundreds of microorganisms are passed from persons and surfaces around the world. I don’t suppose a prostitute, contagious patients etc use universal precautions handling money. So keep swimming in that filth
