There is nothing wrong with the word tribe.Using the term micro nation will not eliminate the practice of tribalism or should I say micronism.Just like the word nigga is despised by black Americans when a non black person uses it yet this same black Americans use this term among themselves all the time.To quote Shakespeare a rose by any other name would smell as sweet .Applying lipstick to a pig does not make it less ugly.Address the issue of tribalism do not disguise it by giving it another name.Political correctness will get you nowhere you wander why Donald trump is winning .People have to change their way of thinking and eventually their actions too will change.Colonialists found us living in this tribes .I learnt to speak mother tongue before I learned to speak English and Kiswahili and consider myself lucky that I can speak three languages fluently.Tribe gives me identity culture and ancestry however tribe does not define my actions when I go out and hate people who do not speak my tribe and thus vote in only my kinsmen that is on me because I choose to think and act that way that has nothing to do with my tribe or micro nation.
