Woman Demands Sh25 Million Child Support from Senate Speaker Kenneth Lusaka
A woman has sued Senate Speaker Kenneth Lusaka demanding Sh200,000 per month in support for her unborn child.
In a case filed through lawyer Danstan Omari, the lady wants Lusaka compelled to take responsibility for his unborn baby.
She is also seeking an order requiring the respondent to pay a lump sum of Sh25 million if he is unable to meet his monthly obligation of Sh200,000.
“That the respondent despite being a man of means, has refused and ignored to take care of the applicant's pre-natal clinics necessary to ensure the wellbeing of the unborn child perhaps in the hope of stressing the applicant and causing a miscarriage of their unborn child,” court documents read.
She further claims that she has been experiencing pregnancy difficulties that could endanger the life of her unborn child.
Lawyer Omari adds that his client and Lusaka have been having unprotected carnal knowledge since 2018 until two months ago when they disagreed over the pregnancy.
“Parties have been having a jolly intimate affair punctuated with several instances unprotected carnal knowledge since the year 2018 up until about two months May 2021 when they disagreed strongly after the applicant disclosed that as a consequence of their unprotected sexual encounters, she had conceived a child,” adds court papers.
The woman says she is unable to meet the child’s needs because she is jobless, adding that Lusaka should be forced to pay a flat payment to cover all the child’s bills to prevent further neglect.
"The cause of their disagreement was exacerbated by Lusaka's insistence on terminating the pregnancy, a proposal that the applicant declined to accede to and now she is three months pregnant and counting since she discovered that she was expectant of Lusaka's child as she has not been intimate with any other man other than the respondent, a fact that can be confirmed through a prenatal paternity test," reads court papers.

@ Kora Kanini, I have noticed over the years , that the MP, the moral police Mutua never castigates these philanderous men.Instead he tried to protect them. Case in point is when last week he was attacking some social medial outlets for supposedly sharing Mukhisa's porn video.
I think if he went after these men who lack selfcontrol with the same fortitude he attacks pornography,men might start thinking with their big heads.
