Equity Group CEO James Mwangi on Wednesday urged the scholars to maintain commitment and focus that would see them excel in their various fields of study.
“Today marks the beginning of a new journey for all of you. Your hard work and determination have seen you break boundaries to join global institutions of higher learning in pursuit of knowledge. We are extremely proud of you and urge you to remain focused and to keep your eye on the prize,” said Mwangi.
“Four years from today, I am sure that each of you will be on course to make a great impact in society by applying what you have learnt to solve some of the challenges that face our African continent.”

My hope is that after graduating in their various disciplines, they would be able to execute their duties without compromising their integrity. What I mean by that is that they should not forget how they got where they are,and that given opportunity they should extend the same help to others, and not frustrate them by demanding kitu kidogo.
