Ruto & idle/useless parliaments should declare a state of emergency and suspend the expensive and luxury sections of poop katiba.Kenyans can survive without all MCAs plus 47 county parliaments, all 67 senators plus Senate itself, affirmative action(prostitution is between two individuals),private political parties, constitutional offices expect PSC,JSC & TSC.Suspending them will enable the GK to relocate hundreds of billions which would have been WASTED on them directly fund the floods aftermath.
