Blow to Kalonzo as 600 Kamba Elders Endorse President Uhuru

In what could be a blow to National Super Alliance (NASA) Presidential running mate Kalonzo Musyoka’s bid to deliver the Ukambani region votes to NASA candidate Raila Odinga, Kamba elders drawn from 22 clans in Kitui County have endorsed President Uhuru Kenyatta’s re-election bid.

More than 600 elders converged in a Kitui hotel where they unanimously resolved to reciprocate the head of state’s gesture in empowering the elderly in the country through cash transfer program for the elderly where more than 14,000 people in Kitui have already benefitted.

The elders, led by the Kamba Council of Elders National Chairman Boniface Kilonzo, vowed to counsel the youth in the county not to be misused by politicians to cause chaos and violence during the electioneering period, and urge them to vote for President Uhuru in the upcoming elections.

Kilonzo revealed that the Kamba council was working with Gikuyu, Embu and Meru Association (Gema) leaders to preach peace between the represented communities ahead of the General Election.

“The Kamba nation has for decades co-existed with communities in Mount Kenya region socially, economically and politically and the same should be upheld as the country goes for August election,” he said.

Another case of Uhuru and Ruto bribing the poor and starving people of the Wakamba micro-nation.

My fellow Kenyans, we have seen what Uhuru and Ruto have done for the last four years. They have catered for the few and filthy rich Kenyans. It is time that they both retired from the Kenyan politics.

They must be asked to follow Madiba Mandela presidential example. What is it? Do your best while in power (one term) and give somebody else a chance to build the nation!

Goodbye Ruto and Uhuru. Go back to what you did before dictator Kipkorios Toroiticch brought you to the Kenyan political scene!

MADIBA MANDELA PRESIDENTIAL LEGACY: The Motto for the New Africa:-

1. Do all the best you can do during your term in office after winning an election

2. Vacate the office of the presidency immediately for another person and let your accomplishments speak for themselves.

3. If you did anything illegal while in power, you are subject to immediate arrest and prosecution.

4. Following Madiba Mandela's example will make African a shining example of "positive accomplishments" and an example for all the nations of the world to emulate.

Long live Africa without political dinosaurs (Mugabe and Museveni) in power indefinitely.
