Tough-Talking President Uhuru Vows to 'Deal' With the Supreme Court

A tough-talking President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto slammed the Supreme Court and questioned the invalidation of the election. Speaking when they met elected governors and MCAs in State House Nairobi on Saturday, President Uhuru threatened to “deal with” the Judiciary once he is reelected in the repeat poll.

“Even if you are so stupid, ask yourself something: The people elected an MCA, results were transmitted, and no one asked questions. Those of MPs and senators were transmitted, and no one asked questions and they have been sworn in,". “Those of governors were transmitted, no one asked questions. Now how do four people and wake up and say there was a technicality in the transmission of the results of the President only? How?” asked a seemingly infuriated President Kenyatta.

“We shall revisit this thing. We clearly have a problem. Who even elected you? Were you? We have a problem and we must fix it,” he said. “The Supreme Court sat and decided that they are the ones with a bigger power than the 15 million Kenyans who woke up, queued in lines, and voted for their preferred presidential candidate. As a Supreme Court, they cannot annul the wishes of the people. And we will revisit this thing,” he said.

He added: “Look me in the eye and see that me being desirous of people living in peace does not in any mean I am coward. We are not.”

Deputy President Ruto echoed President Uhuru's sentiments and vowed to review the matter once re-elected. “When this is done, we shall interrogate everything, how a Supreme Court overturned the will of Kenyans on the basis of things that have nothing to do with how they voted, on some technicality. Hiyo ni upuzi (That is stupidity),” said DP Ruto.

Ruto accused the Raila Odinga-led opposition of attempting to negotiate for "nusu mkate" government. “We want to tell you this: We won the election fair and square. And we are unapologetic about it. We will not succumb to any intimidation from the court to forego our win. We won,” said Mr Ruto.

You can not have it both ways dude. Now that your supreme court has ruled against your thiefing ways they are no good for you. Stop your threats and wait to loose

Uhuru, if you sincerely love Kenya, return all what your father stole. Apologize on behalf of your father the way he treated the Luo people and especially the way he treated Jaramogi Oginga Odinga. Had it not been for Jaramogi, your father would have died as an impoverished pauper!

Second, if you really love Kenya, step down for the true heroes of the second liberation and let people like Matiba, Rubia or Kiraitu Murungi run for the presidency of Kenya. Had they been cowards like you, you political science professor Criminal and Dictator Arap Moi would still be in our national state house.

anonymous: You are the one not using your brains. The judges engaged in a civilian coup in Kenya. The must be removed before they cause a constitutional crisis. A Yes, NO referendum should be on the ballot to remove them. We need peace and not war in Kenya.

Yesterday you were ready to respect the court and move on. Now that it has sunk in that you are not president elect you are threatening the supreme court who arrived at their decision based on the evidence provided. Accept that you lost . Afew weeks ago you told Raila to shove it or go to court becasue you were confident that as the incumbent you could not loose.Stop your threats and concentrate on your campaigns. They should have ordered a repeat of the entire élections and then we will see how many of the seats will go to Jubilee.Enjoy your 60days the good thing is the voters are now seeing your true colors.Take your entitled attitude to your mother your family theft has cost and embarassed Kenya for too long.

@Mwose now you sound like an idiot. Just read what you wrote here and put yourself in the readers mind. By the way if you know the story about King Solomon and the two women who came to him to find who the one baby that was alive belonged to after one of them rolled on to her baby and suffocated the baby. The one who wanted to split the baby was not the mother.

@ Mkenya halisi, perhaps you are the only 'good idiot' and have answered your own rhetorical questions. you are the only one who is brilliant. You really think you are the only person analyzing things differently? If so, think again.

Uhuru tano tena. Mr. President, I know you might have gone out of context, but you are the leader we need. May God keep you and guide your path to a prosperous Kenya.

Don't get the "thieving" accusations being thrown around. The only thieving as far as I am concerned, is the injustice this madness is costing our economy. As these wealthy guys go home to their well secured homes, we have people at the grassroots paying the price of their inflated egos as they pay extra for their daily expenses. Those are the people being robbed from all angles. Rise above the ukabila and smell the coffee.

Some piece of advise for Uhuru Kenyatta - rise above raw emotions and actually KEEP these Supreme Judges. Think about it - they didn't fear you, a very good thing for Kenya coz it means we are finally getting somewhere. Every patriotic Kenyan should support these unbwogable Justices even as they support UhuRuto or Raila. Intimidating them will only undermine your credibility as head of the Executive

Raila just needs to retire. He belongs to a geriatric facility. He has had issues since 1982. When he tried to overturn the government. Ever since he has been cry baby. There is a time the country becomes the better good and sacrifices go long way. Invoking violence at all cost so that he can have a taste of power is not democracy. He has nothing to loose and he will fight to the last bullet. Raila my advice is that its not worth it. Maraga and his team should have not recalled the entire election but the counties that were suspected to have irregularities. At the bare minimum NewYork times approximates this to cost $ 1 billion. Yes thats dollars which is enough to build state of the art hospitals, build some communities like Turkana etc. A taste of political power at 72 is just not the way to retire. When we Vote Uhuru and Ruto back, Raila will be buried with a proper nailed coffin for good. No legacy but violence is what he will be remembered for. I am also Glad the political establishment will be gone for good. Kamaus, Okoth, Kulei will freely now run for presidency. Gone will be the days for Mois, Odingas and Kenyattas. Tribal politics must be immunized for good..Long live our beloved country and in my view Raila should rest and let go. Litigations will have no end in any sight...

Mlachake, I have not shied away from the fact that I don't support either of these two fat cats. Uhuru at the moment is shell shocked, a bit like post traumatic stress, so he can be forgiven for his utterances in my book. The same for Odinga, the Ndoto song by Jaguar should be dedicated to him, for his jubilation is merely as a result of disbelief that his threats have become a reality. Prof Lumumba urged the judges not to strangle the baby after the midwife delivered and they did just that! Now we have to conceive again (regroup) despite the loss, attend all the ante-natal classes (campaign) and hope the Kenyans will buy the sold ideas (healthy baby) to vote ( delivered by the midwife) in two months. The question then will be who, among them will be asking for the baby to be strangled the second time around? Waits to be seen...

EVEN TRUMP ATTACKS THE JUDICIARY. HERE IS WHY UHURU IS ANGRY: NASA 21 STEPS TO INVALIDATE POLL AND ENTER FAKE CANAAN
EUREKA! WE FOUND IT. HERE IS WHAT NASA DID TO INVALIDATE ELECTIONS:
1. NASA knew they do not have votes to beat Jubilee but they have the mischief. They had no Tyranny of numbers but they could muster the tyranny of lies, mischief and propaganda. They wanted to get the ballot printing tender so they could get extra ballots and extra forms 34 A, B and C for false result claims in their strongholds
2. When they failed to get the tender, they went to court and insisted that the constituency should be the point of final results declaration. The judgement was thus granted
3. NASA knew they had no votes to beat Jubilee but they could spoil the polls
4. At the polling stations they could not bring fake forms because there was more scrutiny
5. So they printed fake forms 34Bs distributed to as many NASA-friendly Constituency returning officers in NASA STRONGHOLDS like Joho’s Mombasa county and Luoland. At the constituency level Jubilee agents in NASA strongholds were either absent, not keen to note fake Form 34 Bs being introduced or they were knowingly being NASA moles pretending to be Jubilee agents
6. The returning officers who were pro-NASA deliberately used the wrong forms 34B to collate the results from polling stations. They also deliberately entered as many errors as they could.
7. The voting was done okay in most polling stations and the results transmitted directly to the National Tallying Center and Constituency tallying centers.
8. IEBC had initially said they would not stream provisional results as per the court rulings. But under pressure and to avoid allegations of cooking results for being silent, they promised to show streaming results as updated every 3 hours.
9. That did not allow enough time for form 34Bs to come in so IEBC could scrutinize them and notice that in NASA strongholds, fake Forms 34Bs had been introduced.
10. In the meantime, NASA started or rather continued making noise about IEBC and how results were coming in when it was obvious that Jubilee was winning
11. NASA agents some of them overseas tried to hack into the IEBC servers. NASA also had moles within IEBC IT department where they deliberately interfered with the servers and data to create false evidence of results manipulation.
12. Observers and everybody noticed and agreed that things had gone well at polling stations. But at Constituency Tallying Centers there was less observers to note what in NASA strongholds was going on with form 34Bs. At Constituency and County level also, Jubilee candidates agents focused on MP, MCA, Senator and Governor results tallying and those were correct as announced.
13. The results continued coming to IEBC and IEBC was under pressure to finish up the collation of Forms 34 Bs to generate Forms 34 C. Remember as per Court orders IEBC Chebukati was denied power to change anything coming from Constituency Tallying Centers
14. IEBC and Chebukati did the right thing and correctly tallied the submitted results, then announced the winner legally and correctly.
15. NASA made noise as expected. Then pretended they would not go to court to fool Jubilee into relaxation while NASA agents and lawyers worked 24/7 to gather the many fake forms their agents (as Returning Officers) had knowing submitted to IEBC
16. NASA has over the years quietly taken over the judiciary using their friendly judges and many clerical moles. They also managed to push many of their sympathizer judges to enter the Supreme Court after three positions became vacant.
17. After results were announced and widely accepted NASA tried the violence card but it failed to catch on. The “peoples’ court” was touted but soon fizzled out.
18. They tried to use the foot soldiers (NGOS like Africog) to go to court but the move was thwarted.
19. Then in a last-minute surprise move NASA went to court filed the petition and piled external pressure on the judges to believe the fabricated allegations and false evidence and “this time around” redeem the supreme court image
20. Jubilee and IEBC lawyers did a gallant job as admitted by even Justice Ojwang. But lazy computer illiterate, false religious David Maraga along-side Kalonzo leaning Philomena Muilu, Wetangula and Mudavadi leaning Smokin Wanjala and one erratic self-impressing judge Leanola accepted the NASA lawyers’ propaganda and without an iota of evidence or sound legal reasoning and realistic and patriotic consideration of country THE INEPT JUDGES INVALIDATED THE OTHERWISE CREDIBLE ELECTIONS in a move that surprised millions and threw Kenya into turmoil.
21. Now NASA is working mischievously harder to create a constitutional crisis and force NUSU mkate fake Canaan. If Jubilee and IEBC and every Jubilee supporters doesn’t watch out and speak out, the repeat elections will be spoilt by NASA to create another claim of illegitimacy and throw the country into turmoil until mkate nusu comes through. IEBC please ensure no fake FORMs 34 Bs are submitted from NASA strongholds again!

Kenyans should be told the truth on what went on in the supreme court as the court ruling has left almost everybody mouth widely open.Even if election are conducted by officials all over the world the truth will show itself.Minor erros should not cost loss of over billions of money lost for just election.Don't drive our economy back.We are developing and ruling was to be made considering on the effects on the country's economy.Fellow Kenyans we are awake and knew wat is happening in our beloved country Kenya.

Has any one considered sabotage in the IEBC debacle that may have led to judicial activism and political chauvinism that manipulate every symbol of a democracy to promote fake patriotism? Who committed human errors?who discovered the errors?Just like in a crime scene, all and sundry ,no one is above suspicion. Looks to me like an inside job to derail the apparent eventuality of a win.
