Former Machakos Senator Johnstone Muthama Arrested Over Hate remarks

Police have arrested former Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama over alleged hate statements he made over the weekend.

Muthama was arrested at his Tala home in Kangundo on Monday and was taken to Pangani Police station where he locked.

The politician is accused of making inflammatory statements in Kajiado over the weekend during National Super Alliance campaign rallies.

Earlier, Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria was arrested over hate remarks he posted on his Facebook page last week.

The two have already been grilled at the Criminal Investigations Department headquarters in Nairobi.

A section of MPs trooped to DCI offices and Pangani police station after the news of arrest of the two broke out.

It is not clear when the two will be arraigned in court to face hate charges.

This is not the first time the two have been taken in by police for uttering hate remarks.

Toooo much hate .... These two men should be locked up naked in the same cell and should NOT be released until they make love to each other thoroughly .. then hopefully when released they can spread the message of love .. not hate

Ofcourse thats what I mean ... can you imagine muthama mourning in kikamba as kuria is on his back sweating like a mkokoteni pusher ... then after that, they should be made to write love letters to each other ... then go out to Kenya and preach love and peace .. how else do you teach these old hateful men a lesson ???

The so-called NCIC or Kivunjia/Kaparo money minting machine should be srapped. It is unconstitutional as there is no way i can love/respect anybody by force. Also i can never have peace with a person/enemy,like muuaji Raila whose only aim is to kill, steal and destroy.

Uhuru, why don't you go to the Kenya "real" president" Mwai Kibaki to advise you how to run a peaceful nation! You are getting the wrong advise from our former dictator Toroitich. When he took over from your father, he said that he was going to follow the foot steps (Nyayo) of your father. That meant intolerance, arrogance, corruption, bribery, arrest without warrant, abuse of power, getting lots of land when majority of the people can't even find a place to grow enough maize to feed their families, killings and assassinations, human worshiping (as if he was a god, and people singing endless songs of praise) and endless greed.

Uhuru, you have jumped on that band wagon - the one Toroitich became a member. I have said many times and I will continue to remind you that, you should thank all our heroes of the second liberation because had they sang "Tawala Kenya tawala" as you did. dictator Toroitich would still be in power this minute.

Please talk to Mwai Kibaki to lend you his immense wisdom in how to deal with a nation that is informed about the issues that are affecting everybody in Kenya. But, for goodness sake, disconnect your communication with Toroitich! People called him "Nyayo" since you have combined your father and his legacy, your new name should be " Kentoro." This is a combination of "Kenyatta and "Toroitich" Leave a positive legacy by hanging around people with wisdom.

If the kitchen is too hot for you, please do what Madiba Mandela did by stepping down as soon as he finished his first term. For goodness sake, please abandon the bad legacies of leadrship from your father's and that of Toroitich.

@Imara, why do you drag Uhuru into every little bad thing that happens in Kenya? Why didn't you mention or drag Raila into this as well and yet you claim you don't take either of their side. You contradict yourself every time. Just asking????

@ Kifaranga

Read again what I post here. I have said repeatedly that neither Uhuru nor Raila is fit to be in the people's state house.

I have stated that as long as Criminal Toroitich is still alive, Raila does not have a chance to spend one night in our state house as the president of Kenya! That is a fact. Why? Dictator Toroitich ( since he is still ruling Kenya) will not allow Raila to win any election in Kenya. Toroitich is afraid of what he did to Raila. He is also afraid that he might be arrested for the murder of Robert Ouko!

I will not understand why Toroitich gave us an alcoholic and marijuana smoker - Uhuru to run for the presidency of Kenya!
