Martha Karua Files Urgent Petition Seeking Nullification of Entire August 8th Elections

There is a deadly political cancer that has sickened the politics of Kenya since independence and it must be cured and eliminated completely, otherwise the patient id CRITICAL.
I fully understand where Martha Karua is coming from and I support her petition to nullify the entire election. If you have eyes , you must have seen that alot of Jubilee key winnings came by 54%, Remember that fomular?

Martha, you are right. At the same time, Raila and Uhuru must be asked to retire from politics. These two people are capable of turning Kenya into a new Rwanda. We all know and remember what happened in Rwanda in 1994!

The rigging during the August 8, did not just affect the presidential election! It affected every area of the election. That's why Chris Msando was killed. Before his last breath, he had already comprised the password and shared it with his killers in an attempt to save his life.

Common sense dictates why his killers have not yet been arrested. We have once more again regressed to the dark days of Pio Gama Pinto, Ronald Ngala, Tom Mboya, Josiah Mwangi Kariuki, Arwings Kodhek, Robert Ouko, Jacob Juma, and many more other people who lost their lives when they exercised their right to, " Freedom of speech."

@ Omera: I have read carefully your post and totally disagree with your idea of spilling more blood. What we need in Kenya desperately is an honest and rational member of the judiciary. These members will return all the wealth stolen from the poor people of Kenya back to the treasury.

Uhuru and Raila' fathers grabbed a lot of land in Kenya. The poverty that exists in our nation is artificial. No child should sleep hungry in Kenya. This year, Ruto, Raila, and Uhuru built their houses costing billions of shillings. How blind, selfish, and arrogant are these people? Slums are found everywhere in Kenya and yet these people refuse to see them.

I plead to Raila and Uhuru to step down and let the people of Kenya choose a temporary presidential leader while the nations cools down. I have said this many times and will say it again, at the moment, neither Uhuru nor Raila are fit to guide the nation.

This is why I keep saying that the supreme court of Kenya is going to have to admit to the mistake it made by annulling the presidential election.The supreme court judges erred.Their error was so significant that the current supreme court judges have to resign after the rerun is done.The right decision would have been to affirm the will of the people.It is not acceptable for the supreme court of Kenya to allow itself to carry the dirty water of those that seek only to destabilize the country.We need strict fidelity to the will of the Kenyan electorate in Kenya.Those that lose elections should accept defeat.This in my opinion is the way to advance the course of Peace and Stability in Kenya.

Kim, this is the first time in Africa and especially in our courts that, the judiciary has taught the executive a lesson that it is not an extension of the executive branch of the government.

Martha Karua is not President Uhuru's friend. She has never been. She is only supporting President so that her interest can be served. She knows Kirinyaga is a Jubilee backyard that supports Uhuru. She is filling this petition on behalf of Raila and NASA. If she supports President why would she want to have the election where the President party has the majority be repealed? Martha Karua is a mile for the opposition

So what if she is in the opposition.If votes were stolen she has a right to contest. Not everyone from Kirinyaga supports Jubilee.Furthermore she has served diligently as area MP for close to 20 years and her development record can speak for itself.Jubilee needs to stop imposing its choice on the people.

I agree with Dr. Bondo. Martha Karua is a Self-Centered, Self-Interested, Egotistical, Arrogant, Conceited and pathological narcissistic woman who only think about herself. She is a relic of the past who think the only way to bring back her relevancy is to fill a petition that have a potential to cause mayhem in Kenya.

What kind of doctor prefers a thief to a proven legislator. Your comments are wanting is your degree from River Road?

Martha Karua seems happy about the supreme court's ruling. And wishes to extend the ruling to her benefit after losing to Ann Waiguru. She should devote her energy to the election of Either Uhuru or Raila with a clear stand. Also fault Magara or support his ruling.
