Kenyan Woman in the US Weds American Model in a Gay Marriage

A Kenyan woman in the United States has tied the knot with her American lover in a same-sex marriage. Manuella Mumbi, alias Manuelle Royale exchanged vows with Lisa Webb Clay in low key gay wedding in the US.

Mumbi is reportedly a businesswoman born and brought up in Kahawa, Kiambu County, and relocated to the US to live with her better half before their wedding.

Webb Clay is an American model who hails from Texas. She reportedly invited Mumbai to the US to formalize their engagement.

Same sex marriage is illegal in Kenya legal in the US.

The ceremony was a totally low key affair as no witnesses were present except for the cleric who officiated their union.

Someone here said that it is a quick way to get makaratasi...hhmm.That got me thinking,how many straight Kenyan men would act gay for makaratasi? That is have another man kiss you,and do whatever GHHGGGG.
May be women are different.Iknow many african men will deny this,and Kenyan women will hesitate to confirm it,but my religion science tells me that agood number of women have homosexual tendencies ,unlike men.In other words women are pretty much bi-sexualThis is generalizing of course.If true,then Royale should be pretty comfortable in the relationship whether for makaratasi,or companionship,or financial gain,or whatever...

Migikuyu, very well put. If any of my children were gay, I would be more worried about people like MkenyaHalisi than whatever else the world throws at them. The world has too many other problems for homosexuality to feature in my radar of problems that need urgent solutions. Also, heterosexual relationships are much more than the sex act itself. I love my wife and children's companionship the most. They are my best friends. I assume homosexual relationships are much more than the act itself as well. I have also noticed that people who are quite vocal against homosexuality harbor some sort of insecurity. Conservative pastors Ted Haggard and Edi Jones were fierce critics of homosexuality only for word to come out of their secret homosexual lifestyles....

Oh really? I saw a few walking around Nyali last week, freely. In Nairobi, articles on homosexual prostitutes having relationships with politicians, clergy, cops etc have been on the news media. Where exactly are they burnt with tires? I fail to see what is your concern when two consenting adults decide to live their lives as they wish. I may not understand same sex attractions, but I will not stand on a high horse to condemn it. Poverty, unemployment, illnesses, corruption are way more pressing problems.

Instead of reasoning and explaining your beliefs, your rebuttal is "do not mock God". For this very reason, many many young people are opting out of beliefs and attending religious services. That argument may have worked eons ago but the modern day thinker has to be given a reason to believe. Question exactly what you believe then formulate your arguments based on your assessment.
