Robbers Break into Kisumu Governor Nyong'o's Home, Steal Clothes and Food

Police have launched investigations after suspected thugs broke into the home of Kisumu Governor Prof. Anyang’ Nyong’o.

Confirming the incident, Nyanza regional police commander Karanja Muiruri said the robbers stole assorted clothes, foodstuff, and other household items.

A team of police officers led by Seme sub-county commander Hellen Rotich was dispatched to the home in Ratta village to kick off investigations.

Preliminary investigations indicate that the matter, which was reported by the farm manager, could have been an inside job, according to Karanja.

The police commander said investigators will record statements from persons within the governor’s home, neighbors, and police officers guarding the home.

Nyongo’s residence in Seme is guarded by two police officers as a requirement for public officers of his level.

The robbers were hungry and they also needed clothes to stay warm. Since the governor has pretty of food to eat, the thieves just decided to help share the excess food. That’s all.

Kenyan journalists need to do due diligence before they report anything. No theft took place. His house was being used as a movie set for the upcoming "Joseph Mobutu: The Man The West Kept In Power" with Lupita Nyong'o playing the role of Mobutu's mistress.

There was a case that could not proceed in Court after a Police Officer guarding the Changaa exhibit drunk it and said He was testing 'if it was real'. How did the Judge make His Judgment?

The most important thing is they were on break time in Governor's big compound then one thing led to another, They got hungry after playing then a cold wind from the lake compelled them to get warm clothes

It might be the new people's way of taking it to the streets! Not supporting the acts but, when you see a robber solely aiming for the eats, know that inflation is totally out of hand.
