Cracks Emerge in NASA as Wiper Aspirants Threaten to Support Jubilee Candidates

As the August poll election date nears, rifts have emerged between two NASA affiliate parties, threatening the coalition’s unity ahead of the polls.

Kalonzo Musyoka led Wiper Democratic Movement (WDM-K) candidates in Nairobi County are accusing their counterparts in the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) of undermining them, threatening to back Jubilee candidates if the situation continues.

Wiper candidates caucus Chairman Mutiso Mutinda said that ODM candidates led by governor Evans Kidero have been undermining their coalition partners by calling for six piece voting in favor of ODM candidate.

“ODM dominance in the campaigns has overshadowed other opposition alliance aspirants,” he said during a press conference in Nairobi on Saturday. "Wiper candidates feel undermined and sabotaged by Kidero in favor of ODM candidates," Mutinda said.

He added: "For the sake of equity and equality in the NASA fraternity, we urge him to ensure a level playing ground for all affiliate candidates."

The leaders threatened that if ODM will not relent its calls for six piece voting, they will have no choice but back Jubilee Party candidates.

I just saw a you tube of police traffic officers soliciting bribes on a broad daylight. Technology is so advanced that if we had a real president in Kenya, highway bribes would stop on the same day.

Please don't support the corrupt Jubilee alliance come August 8 unless you have been bribed by them. We need a new Kenya where people can drive safely from home to work and back without being fleeced by thugs pretending to be police officers who are constantly asking for bribes from the free people of Kenya.

Kenya mpya ni haki yetu. Usalama barabarani bila hongo pia ni haki yetu.

Je Dada Waiguru yuko jela au yungali huru mitaani ili aendelee kuiba na kupora mali ya umma?
