Kalonzo's 'Advice' to President Kenyatta
Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has told President Uhuru what he would have done had he been in his shoes.
Speaking at the home of the late Kitui West MP Francis Nyenze on Thursday, Kalonzo said President Kenyatta should ask them to allow him lead the country for two years, then plan for a fresh presidential election.
"If I were Uhuru I would say, you Kalonzo and Raila allow me to be in power for two years then we go to the ballot. We can agree on that. This will allow for electoral reforms to avoid vote rigging," Kalonzo said.
“(President Kenyatta), you’ve been given instruments of power but there are serious legitimacy, legal and constitutional issues … I call this power capture by the person given the instruments of power,” he added.
The National Super Alliance (NASA) co-principal further warned the president that Raila and him will be sworn-in, if he refuses to enter into dialogue with the opposition. Kalonzo added that Kenya will have parallel governments if Jubilee fails to commit to talks that will focus on ending electoral fraud.
"I am telling my brother Uhuru Kenyatta if he abdicates the responsibility of uniting this nation, he should not blame Raila and Kalonzo when we say there will be a swearing in ceremony," He said.
"If they don’t want talks on how to ensure the electoral malpractices are finished then they can be sure Raila and Kalonzo will be sworn in,” the Wiper leader added.

O.k now, Mwakilishi this is getting ridiculous! Reading that Uhuru should seek permission from these lunatics makes me seethe. These people are insulting our intelligence and I am beginning to question my own sanity for reading this garbage!! These two should "swear" themselves in, whatever that entails! This ongoing saga is derailing our country's progress and stretching the freedom of speech a little far! They are two very disgruntled old men who are past their sell by date! Mr Kalonzo please enroll in politics 101 and read the constitution that Mr Odinga was instrumental in writing.The rigging most of NASA claims is that the loser should get something for losing, in our constitution am sure u know the winner takes all and even in other democracies that is the way it is, only in Africa when you lose an election, it's assumed by the losing party that they were rigged out. In Kamba tradition when a village son has been away for a long time he is welcomed back with a feast of a village bird. There are many species of birds in Kambaland- African openbill, Anastomus lamelligerus. Black stork, Ciconia nigra. Abdim's stork, Ciconia abdimii. Woolly-necked stork, Ciconia episcopus. White stork, Ciconia ciconia. Saddle-billed stork, Ephippiorhynchus senegalensis. Marabou stork, Leptoptilos crumenifer. Yellow-billed stork, and Mycteria. Many villagers prefer Saddler-billed stork for they say it brings them luck. Kalonzo's welcome back bird feast would have been naturally the Saddle-billed stork but Muthama and NASA outfit hijacked the occasion and brought a vulture instead. According to Luo culture vultures are believed to have some magic powers in defeating evil. Evil in this case is Kalonzo trying to outshine Raila after his return.

Kalonzo cannot give any advice to President Uhuru Kenyatta. He was President Kibaki's vice president. Playing his cards right, he should have become the President then. He chickened out. He has already held the highest office he could ever hold in Kenya. It's time for him to retire before he destroys his legacy, a lawyer and former Vice-president and his Christian values. Time for Kalonzo to respect the Supreme court's ruling as a lawyer and our constitution. There is no place in our constitution for a wavering individual or a watermelon.
