@Lucy Kiluta- no offence to you at all! However, why could you not call Sam directly whereas you see there is a number provided on this article? I don't know you or the deceased either, but it's just a matter of using common sense and making it easier for the bereaved family.
Sue, that is so insensitive of you making reaching such an absurds conclusion regarding Lucy's action. Do you have any evidence that Lucy never attempted to call sue? That would have been a better approach to first find out before you plastered your negativity on this site. Believe me, if I had your phone number available to me I would have called you to offer this advise.
