Ruto Heads to Rwanda for Kagame's Fourth Term Inauguration

President William Ruto has departed for Rwanda to attend the inauguration of President Paul Kagame for his fourth term, scheduled for Sunday.

Ruto's spokesperson Hussein Mohamed emphasizes the importance of this trip, noting that it comes at a crucial juncture for both nations. The visit marks Ruto's first international trip since the outbreak of widespread anti-government protests in Kenya, which have persisted for three months. The ceremony, set to take place at Amahoro Stadium, is expected to draw over 40,000 attendees, including more than 20 heads of state and government officials.

"President William Ruto travels to Kigali, Rwanda, today at the invitation of H.E. Paul Kagame Paul Kagame to attend the inauguration ceremony of President Kagame for his fourth term, following the successful July 15, election," he said.

Kagame's re-election was marked by an overwhelming victory, securing 99.18% of the total votes cast. This landslide surpasses his previous electoral successes, including his 98.63% win in 2017. However, the election has not been without controversy. The electoral commission's decision to bar at least three presidential aspirants, including some of Kagame's most vocal critics, has raised concerns about the fairness and inclusivity of the electoral process. Despite these concerns, Kagame's leadership has been credited with transforming Rwanda into a model of economic growth and stability in the region.

His administration has prioritized infrastructure development, healthcare improvements, and educational reforms, significantly enhancing the quality of life for many Rwandans. The inauguration ceremony is expected to showcase Rwanda's progress and Kagame's vision for the future. For Kenya, Ruto's attendance at the inauguration reaffirms the strong bilateral relations between the two countries. Kenya and Rwanda have fostered a robust partnership, collaborating in areas such as trade, education, and technology. This visit is anticipated to further solidify these ties and explore new avenues for cooperation.

Where are the certified and qualified lawyers of Kenya? Why? This man, Ndugu Kipchchirchir Samoei Cherop Ruto has been violating the Constitution of Kenya since he became the leader of Kenya about two years ago, and amazing enough, the man is still in office today!
The Constitution of Kenya 2010 does not have the position that Ndugu Musalia Atsianzale Mudavadi is holding now. Why is Musalia still in office?
SOLUTION

He should be impeached and flown to Sugoi immediately.

I Imagine at one point Kagame,and Ruto will have a tete a tete,and clear out the obviously unavoidable questions such as follows;
KAGAME- Ndugu Ruto what is going on with you and the GenZ.What is all these shouts about' Ruto must go' You just go elected ?
RUTO -Mweheshimiwa hii ni mambo ya western countries meddling in internal affairs of Kenya, namely FORD Foundation...
KAGAME-But why are they calling you CIC-chief of corruption/they say your administration is all corrupt?
RUTO- There are afew bad apples that spoil my good name for sure, and I have removed them...
KAGAME- Well, why do you employ my solution? Parade all the corrupt officials and have them face a firing squad?
RUTO- Wow! the West will not rest with their accusation of human rights abuse.
KAGAME-They have attacked me on that but so long as Rwandanese are happy, to hell with their human right cries. As aleader you have to do what is right for your people. That's what independence from mzungu means.
RUTO- talking about independence and all,you have been accused by the Congolese and Mzungu for funding, and supporting M23 Rebels...Mmmmmcausing trouble in the land...
KAGAME- Ndugu, let's not go there.First of all these are Tutsi of Congo who have been denied right of citizenship by the congolese government... It's like you denying citizenship to Somalis of Kenya, and then Somali tries to help its own people there...
RUTO- I guess I better destroy Alshabab before they get any ideas...
KAGAME-This issue is bigger than the two of us.Let's take it to AU .As for now, let's join the guests and unwind a litle bit with some congolese rumba, and wine.
