British real estate company Baron & Cabot has opened an office in Nairobi to help Kenyans to own property in the UK.
The company is promising to offer simple and effective investment options for Kenyans seeking to expand their investment portfolio abroad.
“Baron & Cabot is undoubtedly the fastest growing UK property investment company in the world. We aim to help Kenyans with the ability to provide mortgages and buying of property through thorough research for the safety of their investment in the UK,” said Baron & Cabot Founder Mark Pearson.
Pearson says that investing in property in the UK is considered to be one of the lowest risk investments in the world, with consistent long-term returns factored in by continuous growth within the country.
He noted that the company has built a market leading research strategy for the investor to choose from based on their preference.
Baron & Cabot also offers potential investors a step-by-step guide on finding the right property to purchase in the UK. This gives them the power and confidence to ask the right questions for profitable property investment.
“As the demand for property investment rises within African investors, our main goal is to make sure the process of property investment always remains transparent and simple,” added Pearson.
Pearson says the UK has offered foreigners the opportunity to legally buy property and get favorable mortgage terms from banks for investment.
“Our introduction in Kenya will greatly impact property investment and sourcing in the UK, thus creating more options for investors,” Head of Sales at Baron & Cabot Research James Walsh said.
Baron & Cabot also hopes that its new base in the Kenyan capital will help to create opportunity for other African investors.

Be warned white conning....is a surreal (mix of fact and fantasy)
I don't sympathize with anyone who gets confused with this scams. Europe is on terror alert, rising inflation, food shortage & your investment will be part of the solution to their issues.
Unless you so naive, invest in the west at your own peril. Your property will be forcefully repossessed if your name is associated with unfriendly regime. A point in case is the so called Russian oligarchs like Chelsea's Ambramovich. He was forced to forfeit his club because he is perceived pro Putin. Others are waiting for Biden to ask Congress to pass law to forcefully takeaway all Russian property in US territory to pay for the arms Biden is sending to Ukraine. Woe unto you if you buy property in the west. You will be denied visa if they don't like you and take all your in vestments there. Be warned. Invest in Kenya dont be like Uhuru who sheds crocodile tears on May 1st while he has 3 billion stashed in some Cayman caves or islands...
