Three Suspected Car Robbers Gunned Down in Fierce Fire Exchange with Police in Nairobi

Three suspected car robbers were on Friday morning gunned down following a fierce exchange of gunfire with police officers in Nairobi's Kasarani area.

The suspects were heading to Kasarani when police flagged them down, but they declined and shot at the law enforcement officers.

A heavy exchange of gunfire followed, leading to the fatal shooting of the suspected criminals.
One of the police officers was shot in the knee during the incident.

Confirming the incident, Kasarani DCIO Meme Mwenda said an AK47 rifle and several rounds of ammunition were recovered from the deceased.

Police said the criminals had stolen the Toyota Fielder car of registration number KBX 441N in Dandora area on Thursday.

They allegedly used a black sellotape to modify the number 1 on the registration plate to a 4, so the plate would read KBX 444N.

The suspects’ bodies were moved to City mortuary as investigations into the incident continue.

Hongera to police, because even if these pple are arested, they will collude in "Court", and the next thing you know is terrorizing citizens again in the st, so sad system, but police eliminate them but not suspect, make sure they r the right pple like them.
