Ruto's Team Disowns a Letter on Payment of Sh13.7 Million to Five Twitter Influencers

President-elect William Ruto's communication team has disowned a letter purportedly approving the payment of millions of shillings to Twitter influencers.

Hussein Mohammed, the head of communications for Ruto's campaign secretariat, termed the letter as a desperate attempt by "masters of forgeries".

"Desperation; by the masters of forgeries and lies!" Mohammed said through Twitter.

The fake letter circulating on social media showed payments approved to five Twitter influencers for online services rendered between August 9th and August 22nd.

It claimed to have been authored by Mohammed and addressed to the UDA Finance Director Daniel Rotich to make payments in tens of thousands of dollars to social media influencers.

The amount approved for payment to the five bloggers totaled US dollars 114,643 (Sh13.7 million).

Same thing I said, I will repeat it, let the games begin. Ruto wasn't sleeping in class when Professor Moi was teaching. Raila and Uhuru were over confident about the elections and they failed miserably.
Kenyans spoke, whether Ruto lied or not should not be an issue, the masses voted for him.
My issue is like I have said before, Kenyans were getting between Ksh 50 to Ksh 1000 in the highly contested areas, so with all due respect to who voted, these Hyenas will have to recoup their money first before they can think about the common mwananchi, it's a fair game from my eyes as an investor.
Long story short, like I have said time and time again, no meaningful changes will happen.
