DP Rigathi Gachagua Seeks Kenya Kwanza Unity as Lawmakers Support 'Shares' Claims

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua remains steadfast in his commitment to unite voters in the strongholds of Kenya Kwanza before the upcoming General Election in 2027.

In support of Mr. Gachagua's cause, seven MPs from the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) have advocated for the prioritization of jobs and resources for those who voted for President William Ruto in the previous election. President Ruto, however, has taken offence to Mr Gachagua's repeated assertion that government positions and resources should be allocated based on regional voting patterns. He has dismissed the Deputy President's analogy of the government as a limited liability company, with the regions that supported Kenya Kwanza being the major shareholders, as "primitive" rhetoric.

During his recent visit to Kisumu, Dr Ruto emphasized that all Kenyan citizens, regardless of party affiliation or voting behaviour, contribute taxes and therefore deserve equal access to government services. On Wednesday, Mr Gachagua presided over the launch of Narok West Constituency's strategic plan for the next five years at Kishermoruak Boys Secondary School. Accompanying him were Narok Governor Patrick Ole Ntutu, MPs Gabriel Tongoyo (Narok West), Francis Sigei (Sotik), Sitati Wanyama (Webuye West), John Gitonga (Manyatta), Nimrod Mbai (Kitui East), Benjamin Gathiru (Embakasi Central), and East African Legislative Assembly MP David Sankok.

Despite facing criticism from the public, Gachagua maintains his position on resource allocation. Mbai argues that areas that did not support the Kenya Kwanza administration should receive fewer development projects. Sigei believes that priority should be given to those who voted for Kenya Kwanza when distributing development projects. Wanyama warns that the current approach may alienate voters in Kenya Kwanza strongholds. Gathiru emphasizes the importance of focusing on areas that supported Dr. Ruto and Kenya Kwanza's parliamentary candidates.

Gachagua praises the deployment of mobile laboratories by the Ministry of Education's Schools Equipment Production Unit, stating that it is a creative and beneficial way of providing affordable education for all. He encourages other Members of Parliament to learn from Tongoyo's initiative.

Sometimes I truly feel sorry for Rigathi Gachagua. He is the deputy of a president who seems not to value him and at the same time, Gachagua is trying so hard to be the Mountain's gatekeeper while most Kikuyus consider him to be a complete moron. I cannot understand human beings, if I had the kind of money Gachagua has, I would care less about politics; but then again he needs to stay politically active in order to protect his wealth.

Only a stupid idiot can support the “silly shares” narrative propagated by this poorly dressed DP Gachagua. Kenya is not a limited company to be owned by a few people or tribes; it belong to all Kenyans! Rigathi has outlived his usefulness as a politician in Kenya. What time is it? It is time for this myopic guy to go!

One year after the stollen 2022 elections and this useless man is talking about uniting Kenyans for 2027 elections. I do blame Kenyans who entertain this kind of stupidity!

Kenyans voted for two primitive guys who have nothing to offer them. This is why they have both turned into disagreements about who takes what simply because the country is financially broke and there is nothing to be shared by the common guy. The fall out between Ruto and his illiterates deputy has just started and it will even get worse!

Ruto never won the 2022 elections for Gachagua to keep talking about bigger shares to the tribes that voted for Ruto. Everything is just a mirage in this amorphous government of two crooks.

Senseless Rigathi is speaking nonsense but any Kenyan who voted YES to 2010 poop katiba is worse.YES voters directly placed Kenya(ns) under the ownership of a group less than 4000 gangsters. Why create a a bloated government made up by 48 corrupt governments with no source of additional resources other than expensive loans?I challenge anybody with opposite views to state them.

Not directly supporting our DP, but I support his assertion that at least most premier positions should be held by qualified people who were in agreement with the government's agenda. On the distribution of resources, the whole country benefits. That's how I get Gachagua. My take.
