Your made your mark on September 01 after you declared the August 8 presidential elections null and void. Are you going to declare Uhuru the winner after his direct interference with the IEBC and sending his robots (policemen) to kill people including babies and a pregnant woman? If you do, you should as well resign from the supreme court because no one will respect, trust, or believe you again. You will loose credibility for any other decision that you make in future. When you were about to make a major decision about the presidential elections on October 25, your deputy's car was shot in order to intimidate you and make your decision impossible to make because of the lack of quorum! The same people who killed Chris Msando and Jacob Juma were asked to perform their duties of killing the deputy chief justice again!

Had the IEBC conducted its work fairly well by clearing people who have passed the Sixth chapter of our
New Constitution, Kenya would be a paradise by now. Questionable characters such as Raila, Uhuru, Joho, Ruto, Sonko, Waiguru, Kidero, and many more others would not have been cleared to run for any elective office.

Supreme Court: My moral and legal advice: - Nullify the entire results of the elections of August 8 and October 26 presidential results. Demand an interim government to be instituted headed by an experienced and the best former head of state Dr. Mwai Kibaki. A new IEBC should be formed and all potential candidates closets to be opened and made public to all voters. That will be the beginning of a new chapter in Kenya. Please save our nation from the current moral decay and possible end of Kenya as we know it.
