Police Arrest Ruaraka MP TJ Kajwang, Hours after He Administered Oath on Raila
Police officers have reportedly arrested Ruaraka Member of Parliament Tom Joseph Kajwang, who administered oath on National Super Alliance (Nasa) leader Raila Odinga at Uhuru Park grounds on Tuesday.
The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) MP was arrested outside at Milimani Law Courts on Wednesday afternoon.
The lawyer has reportedly being taken to Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) headquarters in Nairobi for interrogation.
Kajwang' acted the role of Chief Justice during the inauguration ceremony, while former Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant Miguna Miguna assumed the role played by Registrar of the Judiciary.
